Howard in sales is my go to guy. Honest, patient when I am asking questions. Marissa in service is my go to. I had an oil change done and when the car was complete, I asked if we can do differential service while it was there. The car was pulled back in and service was completed so I did not have to come back sooner than next oil change. I live 40 minutes from Sullivan Honda, are there closer dealerships, yes but none that have Howard, Marissa and the service tech that works on my car.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the week before because they took my car keys to value my trade and then were CRAZY pushy and more or less demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave--I finally told them I refused to be pushed into buying a car and would ABSOLUTELY NOT be purchasing that evening, so they finally relented. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...Liberty got me GREAT financing (I was shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade. Plus the car price wasn't inflated so I didn't have to play around for hours "haggling" Being a single woman can be tough when it comes to car shopping because sales people tend to be very pushy and that's NOT how I roll! After spending valuable time at other dealers I went on line and found Manchester Honda. Their price on line was $1100 less than anything I was offered. Plus, the trade in value for my existing car was more than fair. I requested a gray Pilot which they did not have on their lot. Bill was able to get me exactly the Pilot I wanted within 12 hours. All of this transpired on Wednesday and I picked up my car on Friday. I actually could have picked up the car Wednesday night. They were incredibly accommodating. Frank sat with me and went over all the features of the Pilot. They couldn't have been nicer.

My experience was very positive. While I didn't purchase a car, everything about Manchester Honda was wonderful.

Gotta tell you, I am very reluctant to buy a new or even a used car. It seems like one I never know if I'm getting a good deal. For the first time, the process was nothing short of perfect. I almost bought a car that I wasn't happy with but drove away in exactly what I wanted and needed.
