Your service tech (Roy) was actually interested enough in the problem I noted to take the time to do a test drive with me so he could be sure he understood my concern. It was obvious his goal was to fix it, not pass it off as a non-issue. Service writers were also professional and took the time to work with me.
We had a great experience today purchasing a new Honda Odyssey at Casey Honda. Joe Bolton was knowledgeable and professional as our salesman. He provided information and answered all of our questions. It was because of Joe that we followed through with this transaction. He was friendly, easy and comfortable in his work.
