Ryan and his team did an outstanding job finding the vehicle that best suited my needs and my budget. The process was smooth and I never felt pressured at any time. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Honda of Olathe purchasing our new 2019 Odyssey Minivan. Our amazing sales person was Tim Tilghman and we really appreciated all of the effort and time he spent with us. Tim was very informative on all the new features that the Odyssey had to offer our family and was always very responsive to our questions and phone calls. He was helpful in every way possible along our decision making process. This was our 4th car that we purchased from Olathe Dealership - but first car with "Honda of Olathe" (the previous 3 were from Frank Ancona) and we were very impressed with their process - very smooth and easy. I can't speak highly enough about how great we feel about our new Odyssey and how grateful we are to Tim and the "Honda of Olathe" team.
Been looking for a truck for several months and determined the Ridgeline fit my needs better than any. Walked into Olathe Honda and was greeted by a friendly and informed staff with a customer oriented facility. Leased a 2019 Ridgeline for 36 months with good terms and residual value. I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
Took my car in a couple of months ago to have my A/C looked at. Zac was the service person helping me. It was the easiest and the most painless service experience I've ever had. I actually never write reviews, but Zac was so friendly and helpful, that it seemed like a disservice not to say something about him. Every experience I've had at Honda of Tiffany Springs has been excellent, but the experience I had with Zac was world class.
Dennis and the techs and cashiers and customer satisfaction personnel go above and beyond. Ariel and Allison went above and beyond with their efforts and courteous professionalism-- The customer service was exemplary-- Thank you. 🌞

I took our 2016 CR-V in for service on a Saturday morning. Kevin Selvidge was my Service Advisor. He answered all my questions and the work was done promptly and right the first time. I appreciate the courteous and responsive service and attitude. I'll be using Kevin and his team for all future work on our CR-V.
Kevin is an awesome Service Advisor. He is extremely polite and courteous. He explains what service my car need and works out the best plan at the best cost. I consider him to be honest and I highly reccommend him.
I had received an email offer to trade in my old car for a new car (which I was already planning on doing) so set up an application. I came in with an idea of what I wanted in a new car. Thom was very informative not only about what I knew I wanted but making sure I knew all about the car beyond what I had previously researched. I never felt like he pushed me into anything but that he was truly interested in my goals and desires for my new car. And Thom worked with the sales manager, Tyler, to make financing seamless.
