Sales rep Nathan Scott listened to what I wanted in a car, and showed a number of different models and options. This was a major purchase for me, one I had not made for a couple of decades. I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. I was happy with the service.
Rickie was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a thorough explanation of every feature of the vehicle which I really appreciated. He identified my needs and executed on helping me with the perfect vehicle. Every staff member I came in contact with were extremely helpful and accommodating.
This was my best buying a vehicle experience I had at Auto Nation Honda in Roseville. They were great salespeople with no high pressure purchasing my vehicle. Salesperson, Tim T. was a great person to deal with.
Management not the best. Bought a new Accord and they fixed one of the concerns I had but not the other two. I don’t live close to the location and had to make several trips to get one problem resolved.
We bought a used car and there was a problem with the sunroof. everybody took care of us from Peter the salesman , then Elisha getting the car taken care of, and Mr. Palmer, they all had a hand in making ours a great experience with the sales department.. The service department was great as well. The car works great and you can't even tell they even worked on it. Thanks again.
Gabe Ricketts was a really great person to work with. Unlike other dealerships, he gave us the space we needed to make a very important financial decision. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle we purchased, he never seemed pre-occupied, was very attentive, and followed up with me regarding a question about the car. Additionally, he is a very kind person who is open and honest and I felt like we got the best deal available for our needs as a family.

After visiting a few different Honda dealerships in my area I was getting frustrated with the whole car shopping process. I came into Folsom lake Honda and immediately was helped. I came in randomly to just look at options for trading in my car. I was greeted immediately and shown a bunch of different cars. I had a million questions and the salesman knew I wasn’t set on buying a car but by the end of the day I ended up leaving in a new car and I couldn’t of been happier. This place is great. This was the first time that I ever bought a car online. It was pretty painless and quick. Emails back and forth were minimal. Once I found the car I wanted I made an offer-which of course was not accepted. Got the traditional sob story about how they wanted to sell the car but didn't want to lose money on it. The car was a new 2018 but this was November and the '19 models were already on the lot, so I knew that this car was costing the dealer $$$ everyday. The car was also manual transmission which most buyers don't want and so harder to sell. I made another offer and it was accepted. Filled out all the paperwork online so it was pretty much 2 hrs. at the dealership and I had the car. While I was in the finance office they detailed the car and filled the tank. My advice is know what you are willing to pay, stick to that price and be ready to walk away if it can't be met. There are always other dealers to go to-the dealer needs you more than you need them.
