I was shopping for a new CRV and contacted AutoNation Honda in Valencia CA through their website. In my email I asked for a price on the 2018 CRV EX. I quickly received an email from Gidomer Francia with a price that was very favorable. And that's the reason I drove 25 miles to AutoNation in Valencia, bypassing numerous dealers closer to my home. Gidomer's straightforward answer to my email immediately set AutoNation apart from the other dealers. Because the other dealers, when asked the same question, all wrote back with some variation on the following theme: "We're going to give you a really great deal. Please give us your phone number so we can call to tell you all about the deal." And when I met Gidomer and the others at AutoNation, it was clear to me that they were interested in getting me the car I wanted at a good price, with no hidden fees or add-ons. And, everything they told me they would do, they backed up in writing and delivered on it. I don't think it's possible to have a better car buying experience than the one I had with Gidomer at AutoNation Valencia. And I'm telling all my friends about it.
Had an appointment at 8:00am with Sara for an oil change, 11/12/2018...arrived about 7:40am...Sara was not available and Ben took care of me..would take hour to hour an a half...after about an hour Ben informed me I needed a new battery which was under warranty...took about another 45 minutes or so..left dealership around 10:20...experience was fine...of course I wish it would have been faster.
first of all, I thank God that I've got a good and very honest salesman From the person of Mr. Fred Kabrite who assist us with all the politeness and not pushy type of person in dealing. he gave us great time for choosing the right car and great time in dealing. he is our man.

He let us know if the car was available and made the purchase the smoothest we have experienced. Pricing was fair as well as the offer on a trade. He clearly explained all facets of the vehicle and the paperwork process was efficient. My wife and I wanted to take the time to write this review for those of you searching for your next car and to thank Frank and Sierra Honda for a great and hassle free experience. Cars.com was a great start, lots of great info and then it allowed us to pick dealers to continue our search. We picked a few but let me be clear, Frank at Sierra Honda was THE most honest, forthcoming and straightforward sales person we???ve ever dealt with. We went locally to see the car we wanted but the experience with Frank and Sierra Honda was so seamless we drove an hour plus away to buy it from Frank! We were greeted like family and treated like family too all the way through the process including the dreaded financial office. Franky was great, clear and concise and just like that we were done. I enjoyed researching and learning about the car we wanted to buy and even all the emails and texts with several different dealerships. But it was time consuming. Now we know! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Sierra Honda in the past 28 months. If you are in the market for a vehicle then go see Frank Gray in the Internet dept (same sales person for both transactions). Their service department is good as well-I???ve had good experiences with Tina Ming for maintenance. They also have a cafe there to kill time and they will text you updates while your car is being serviced. I have always been treated fairly, great deals and service all around.
They were very friendly and helpful. They made it easy to trade in my old car so I can get a new one even while having negative equity
