Friendly service in a low-pressure environment. The best part was that after we made our purchase, Jose still responded to a concern we had within minutes of our emailing him. Though the dealership had no requirement to do so, they made things right for us when we found a minor problem after purchase.
We can’t say enough good things about Northpointe Volvo and our salesman Rick Small. We had been in the market for a late model Jaguar XJL since last May and during our search we saw the bad and the ugly in used car sales. When a car showed up in Alpharetta, Ga, 300 miles from where we live we needed further information and assurances that car would be there when we got there, the car was as advertised, and that there suddenly wouldn’t be surprise dealer charges we weren’t expecting. Rick was outstanding in answering our questions via email and in sending photos of the car and the Carfax. He assured us the car would be there when we arrived and did not hit us with surprise extra costs. He is not a high pressure salesman and allowed us to take our time to make the decision to purchase. Northpointe also gave us a good deal on our trade in and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. Everyone in the dealership was very nice; the dealership, itself is light and airy and the Starbucks coffee, soda and water was a nice plus. We would definetly reccommend Northpointe if you are in the market and ask for Rick Small. We will definetly drive the distance the next time we are in the market for a car and we will definetly go back to Rick.

This is the 3rd Honda Odyssey bought new that I've owned. It has and continues to be very reliable and is the most comfortable and easiest handling one yet. It gets great gas mileage for a minivan. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great minivan.
I had a really great experience at Honda Carland. My Salesman Ryan Walcott was so professional as well as personable. I was conflicted between two models and he very patiently kept showing me and test driving the two until I decided. NOT ONCE did he show a tiny sign of frustration, he repeatedly said he just wanted to make sure that I got the right vehicle. Once I decided, the rest of the process was quite smooth and quick. Lauren (my Finance Manager) made that process clear and effortless. I was very pleased with the options that were presented (without any pressure) to protect my new Odyssey. I am very pleased with the entire outcome. I am so happy with my purchase and everyone at Honda Carland made the experience great!

Before we decided on the Odyssey, we test drove it with 4 of our grand kids as passengers. We'd also taken them on other test drives, and this car won hands down. Apart from its 8 passengers capacity, there was still cargo room for suitcases, etc. It's very comfortable and the ride is smooth. We may add a luggage rack on top, but up to now we haven't needed any extra cargo space.

manager offered me several options and explained everything thoroughly. Jamie, my salesman made feel comfortable and treated me like family as well as the rest of the staff! *****

Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.

Economy, nice aerodynamic and nice shape good dashboard and control. So bad material, not safety after 50 miles starting engine problems and electric to, bad body
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

We have the touring elite model and it makes life easier with two kids under three! We love it and so do our kids! Five stars!
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

First Odyssey was a 2006 model which we loved. It met all our needs. We drove it until 2014 when we gave to our son and his family since they needed more space for growing family. Then we bought the 2014 model. We believe in minivans ever since we bought one of the first Plymouth Voyagers in 1984. This 2014 Odyssey is nice but we really felt the 2006 model was more comfortable overall. Dependability has been excellent in both of them. Biggest disappointment has been in the infotainment system which is unduly complicated and has features which are hard to use.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a great car shopping experience. Not pushy and actually wanted to help me. I would definitely buy another car there as well as recommend to others. My sales rep Matt Aeyers was wonderful as well as the finance Dept.

Bought this car recently and have owned for a few months. Coming from a Toyota Highlander, you cannot beat the comfort and ride quality of the Oddyssey!
Our experience at Lake Lanier Cadillac was excellent. They worked with us to help us find the exact car that we wanted. Earl was very attentive and made sure that he answered all our questions. Everyone at the dealer was very helpful, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We love our new car!

Great ride, comfortable seating for eight. Handling is great. Safety features side camera eliminates passenger blind side. audible warning when you are getting too close to the car in front of you.
I used cars.com to find the best deal on a used 2018 Ford Expedition limited with rear entertainment system. Allen Vigil matched the CarMax appraisal for my trade in, and we were able to negotiate the deal and financing we wanted. There were a few things about the used car I wish they had disclosed before we from 2.5 hours to see it, but they were quick to fit them.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
