I worked with Mae, who was wonderful and got me in and out in a matter of a couple hours with exactly what I wanted. No up-selling. She listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and helped me walk out of there a super satisfied customer. Additionally, everyone who I encountered there was nice, and the gentleman who handled the finance portion at Honda, as he really went the extra mile for me and was a pleasure to deal with as well. All in all an excellent experience. If you're looking for a Honda go here. Oh, and I love the car!

Excellent Maintenance, Prices and Customer Service

We leased a vehicle from North Coast Subaru. Their sales representative was great. Even before we went there I heard from a friend that their service department was the best dealer service centers he's used. This was our first scheduled maintenance and the staff was professional and courteous. They were thorough with their assessment and explanation of what was going to be done for this scheduled service visit and afterwards walk me through what was done and covered. We had a tire issue and they looked into it. The came back with an assessment and explained why and the cost of a replacement tire along with mounting and balancing. The actual cost quoted to me prior to going in was less than the price of an exact same time online and including the mounting and balancing came out to the cost of just the tire online or what was quoted to me at a local tire shop.
We just purchased a used 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD through our contact with cars.com. We drover 4 hrs. and we had excellent customer service. All of our questions were answered, and any minor questions or issues we had were immediately remedied. This is a very exclusive dealership and we were treated with kindness and respect. This dealership wants your business, internet or walk-in, and makes sure you are happy when you leave. We purchased our car through their internet sales (Jessica) and drove 4 hrs to pick it up. Our salesman (Sevet) at Paramus Land Rover was personable, waiting for us to arrive. Sevet maintained a high level of professionalism and integrity. I did read the other reviews before we purchased this vehicle, but felt our opinions matter with first hand experience. If anyone had a problem with this dealership then they must of had a communication breakdown some place. I drove all the way from Westchester County to LIC to buy a car from this dealership after the Mitsubishi in the Bronx told me they couldn't help me. After a couple of hours the entire staff had me driving away with a new car and the price I was happy with paying. The staff was amazing and very cordial.

Ray truly wanted to earn my business and it was felt from the initial meet and greet at the front desk. The entire walk around he assured me he was going to take of me and he definitely came through in the end. It took 2 days but we were able to make the deal.

My experience was very good when choosing Route 23 Honda. Although my favorite service person, Poppy, is no longer there I still find it pleasant. The only problem I had is it seems they just don't have enough help at the "busy" times - morning and evening and Saturdays. Everyone there is polite and knowledgeable but you could tell they are stressed. I like the sales dept and also the service. I have no further complaints and would continue using them.
My business transaction of the ca purchase went very well with one exception, they promised to detail he vehicle but it was only washed. I would have addressed my complaint but I had a prior engagement and did not have the time to wait at the dealership. So far so good with the vehicle. In conclusion I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
Allen is awesome! I'd been shopping for a pre-owned Mercedes C300 for about a month. I called and visited several stores and most of them are the equivalent of a dumpster fire. I was told my trade-in car was worth $1000 (AW gave me $4000). Some stores have dealer fees they tried to charge me in addition to the price they had online. AW was the opposite. Allen told us the price and let us know that even though it was firm, there would be no hidden charges. Everything was upfront and honest. It's now been 2 months since I bought the car and I couldn't be happier.
The test drive at this dealership was the most calm and pleasant test-drive I experienced at any of the dealerships I visited. Vidal, the Sales Representative, and Sandy, the Office Manager, are both down-to-earth, approachable people, very easy to talk to, and forthcoming with information. The car prices were very reasonable, to me. I highly recommend you give this dealership a chance if you want to be able to see a car without having high-pressure tactics used on you.
