Sheehy Ford is fortunate to have wonderful folks both in their Service department and the Body Shop. They went out of their way to not only keep me updated but worked with the relevant companies on my behalf. Love the Odyssey van. We tried several SUVs but they just do not have the space and the leg room that we need. The Odyssey is very spacious and comfortable and has a lot of cargo space. We love it!
The owner, Reza, is a likeable and honest person, not the norm for used car dealers. He had the car I wanted, at the price I was willing to pay, and he never used high pressure tactics. It was a pleasant and satisfying experience, and I recommend this dealership highly.

This car met our needs, as a family of 6. It is perfect for our young kids, especially dealing with carpool, and has plenty of storage and space.
Bought a new HRV had a great experience. Rick was our salesman was not pushy treated my family nicely. Facility was nice and clean. CJ the manager gave us a fair deal. Would recommend friends and family to Hersons Honda.

Meets all my needs. Comfortable, roomy, can also load and unload plenty of shopping items.Like the video display for backing up and changing lanes. Rides smoothly. Two USB Ports. Love the hands free capability.
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
Before I get to Sales, the Service Dept makes the dealership. The people get to know you and you get to know them. The person you buy from you see once (or more if you buy 5 cars like us), but the Service people you see every time you need a regular service ??? oil, mileage interval, rotate tires ??? or if a little thing like a light bulb goes out after 75k miles. Honest and never charge or sell you more than you need. Spot things you might never know but could save your life (seriously, one time a break pad went early from wear and like brakes to work). OK, sales and financing. Super patient super helpful. No high pressure techniques. You need to think about it no worries they???ll wait for you to come back, and come back again as much as it takes for You to make up Your mind. That???s whether to buy, what car to buy, what model, what color. Will line up the colors inside and exterior altogether for you so you can really see the differences and make sure you leave with the one you like. Explain every model level and every feature. Inside and in the car. Just amazing

It has plenty of room for a big family, runs smooth, kids love it. Great for road trips. Seats are very comfortable the interior design is nice.
Just recently purchased a vehicle at Honda of Chantilly, from the moment I stepped foot into the showroom, I felt the friendly/inviting atmosphere. My salesperson, "MR" Michael Reeves assisted me in reaching my goal and made everything very simple. I highly recommend Honda of Chantilly!

Traded in my Tahoe for an odyssey for dogs. Love it so far. Spacious and comfortable. No bind spots. Stylish. Really nice vehicle so far.

The Honda Odyssey is a vehicle that is not only good for large families, but for those who love to take road trips in great comfort. With the large cargo area you can take plenty of luggage or have room to bring things back with you. The van is a pleasure to drive and with the Elite trim, the CoolBox is a great place to store a few drinks and snacks for the trip. The Honda Vac may seem extreme, but for trips to the beach, it is great to get up the sand in the car or even off of your feet before getting in!
We had a great time. Sevice was great by all the staff. Stop by just to see the lot. And we ended up with a great car at a good price. Thank you very much.

The ride is great. Cruise control operation is not intuitive. Road noise seems to be a Honda problem.
The radio controls are not as handy as they could be. Also wish the radio volume would adjust automatically--up with increased speed, back down with decreased speed. Buick managed to offer this in 2002.
Absolutely hate the lane departure warning and forward collision warning chimes. They inevitably sound only when I need to focus all my attention on the road and traffic. They're nothing but a distraction.
The backup camera is wonderful. Can't imagine this van without it as the view out the rear window is limited. That camera makes all the difference.
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
We purchased (2) more vehicles for our business from Koons recently. They coordinated our van upfit with our outside vendor, and coordinated the paperwork to make for a seemless and expeditious buying process. Pricing was agressive and the Ben & Dave worked hard to get us the deal we needed.
Ricky Rivera was so genuine from the moment I walked in, test drived, talked on the phone with loan reps, and making sure I got my money's worth for my car. The rest of the staff was amazing too and we're super friendly and open to assisting me with my car buying experience!
On February 12th I purchased a 2011 Volvo S40 R Design. Very nice car. So i decided to take it on a nice road trip to see how the car performs. Immediately I noticed that the gas mileage was deteriorating. Went from getting 24mpg to about 17 mpg. Also the car stalled on me twice upon start up. But started up fine after a restart. Contacted service and they set me up with an appointment to get the car checked out. The service advisor contacted me and told me that they had done a diagnostic on the car and the knock sensor was bad....... Shouldn't a diagnostic had been done before I purchased the car?..... Also using the audio system I noticed that one of the speakers was busted..... Hope I haven't purchased a lemon from carmax. Is this a start of future issues.
We had a great, no pressure, experience with Matt and Mike. The price of the vehicle we purchased was priced competitively from the get go (we did weeks of online research) and they didn’t mind us getting the car inspected by an independent mechanic.
