Drove up to Castle Honda to look at a car we seen posted on Cars.com. After finding the car, we were able to look at it without being rushed by salespeople . The used car department is laid back yet professional with excellent customer service Ali & Josh were great to work with!

Oil change & tires rotated took about 1.5 hours like they said. Nice waiting room internet connection, coffee, Service has always been very good, bringing our CRV there for 6 years. Prices are reasonable. Military vets get a discount on service.
The entire process was snooth thanks to Job’s efforts and complete attention to me. I can’t to buy my first car and he handled me so well I was able to leave that night with a new Honda HR-V. During the test drive he explained all the features of the car so that it was very easy to adjust to my new car.
Now that is how a customer should be treated! A+++

I cannot think of enough nice things to say about my experience. From the moment I parked on the lot to the time I left, I felt like royalty. Every single employee here was amazing and treated me with the upmost respect and like family.
Chris Noa by far is who everyone should work with. His manager Ben was on top of his game as well and read me right off the bat. Ben went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He set me up with Chris and then Chris took it from there.
The entire experience of buying a car can be stressful and difficult. These guys made it actually fun and in the end if I had not bought the vehicle, I still met some great people and had a great time. The good news was I did buy the vehicle and I truly believe it was because we just worked together understanding each other’s side from a business to consumer and made it painless.
The car was exactly as described, the employees were top notch, and the facility looked amazing.
However these employees can be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond should be done.
For anyone looking even just to acquire some information and/or browse, don’t be afraid to talk to these guys. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of nor that I was bothering them. Don’t shy away from getting information to make a good decision on what’s right for you.
Again I can’t say enough. Chris and Ben are elite and deserve much kudos to making my evening a great one and a very happy customer.

I have been taking my Hondas (wife and I both have one) to Muller Honda of Gurnee since it was Rosen Honda back in the late 1990's. They always provide great service. Even when I would bring in my wifes old 1995 Civic with 250k miles, they always treated me well and I never felt looked down upon because " It's that guy again with the really old car". They were always very professional in evaluating my newer Honda or my wifes really old one and offering practical repairs. Meaning, I didn't experience a bunch of up-selling to fix problems with my 1995 civic that did have a few leaks and such but would not be worth dumping a ton of money into such an old car. My wife has a new 2018 Civic now and I am expecting the same great service I had in the past.
My family & I had a great overall experience at MotorWerks INFINITY in Barrington. My salesman Steve Mink was phenomenal & great w kids. I purchased a CR-V to replace a previously owned SUV which was totaled in a non-moving accident. The purchasing process was smooth and painless. The dealership has a very large selection and after test driving 4 different model years, I settled on 2015 model year. The rep, Dan Aristizabal, was friendly to work with and there were no hard sales tactics. Overall, a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience.
I couldn't have picked a better place than Continental Honda to buy my first new car. Terry Scudieri, Steve Burda and Justin Norwood made the experience pleasant and stress-free. They were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. They got me the car I wanted with the exact specs, and had it on their lot and ready to go in under a week, during a holiday period. When the car arrived, they got me in and out of the dealership in under two hours, and answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable way. I've reached out to both Terry and Justin with additional questions since buying my car, and their response time was as quick as you could possibly expect. Salesman Mike Houston was very nice, personable, knowledgeable and patient. We first went to just test drive and he was very helpful and not pushy, and did not apply any pressure. When we returned to purchase, it was a very pleasant experience. They worked well with us to get a deal made without the constant back and forth to get where we needed to be price wise. The process of paperwork went rather quickly and smoothly. The business manager going through all the paper work explained everything well. He was sure to explain the offers and warranties in detail so we understood but was not overly pushy to purchase them. I???ve had buyers concern before with purchasing a car, but this time I was nothing but super excited and confident in my purchase.
