I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.
Brought my Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. Went in not planning on buying a new car. Saw an Aegean Blue Sport Civic in the showroom & fell in love. I've never owned a Honda before, so I hope to enjoy the experience. Our salesman, Dan Sanford, was very friendly & knowledgeable. All the employees were very accommodating & made it a good experience.

We found the Honda Accord 2016 with the great drive, low mileage and fair price. Eddy Mondesir helped us a lot to find a car to fit for us. He also friendly and service mind. It's no pressure at all to buy a car over there. The sale manager explained very well about the cost and financial, and also sincere to us for showing the price from KBB and carfax to compare with their dealer. It's very impressive! We are strongly recommend this dealership.
My wife and I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Accord Hybrid here and have been in awe of this dealership ever since. Scott Hiller is wonderful to work with, helpful and efficient. We definitely will buy our next Honda Hybrid here.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Service was completed much quicker than expected. Passenger side airbag was serviced per Honda recall, and multi-point inspection was completed. I did not expect this inspection, but was quite pleased with it.
Dealt with Kevin on a new Tacoma ,he never pressured us and the service is great. The Toyota dealership is the cleanest around. We have dealt with other Toyota dealerships in the past but we will come back here again?!

This was my first Honda purchase. Nick was exceptionally attentive to my wishes. He didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want and patiently explained all the features of the Accord and how to use them. He is definitely an asset to Miller Honda.
I was greeted as I drove in and was promptly assisted by the service advisor in scheduling my oil change. Since the service could be completed withing a short amount of time and the dealership has a comfortable waiting area I chose to stay and wait for the work to be done.
When the service was completed the service advisor carefully reviewed the service invoice and work that had been done and answered any questions I had regarding the service, future service needs and any general questions I had about my car.
I am completely satisfied with the work done and the care and attention I received from the service advisor and dealership.
