My sales person Anette was outstanding and extremely helpful in the entire process. Showed me the car fax prior to me even asking to see it. Also, wasn’t pushy at all as many car salesmen are. Would recommend them to other looking for a car.
I purchased a CR-V to replace a previously owned SUV which was totaled in a non-moving accident. The purchasing process was smooth and painless. The dealership has a very large selection and after test driving 4 different model years, I settled on 2015 model year. The rep, Dan Aristizabal, was friendly to work with and there were no hard sales tactics. Overall, a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience.

They were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. They got me the car I wanted with the exact specs, and had it on their lot and ready to go in under a week, during a holiday period. When the car arrived, they got me in and out of the dealership in under two hours, and answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable way. We recently purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey from Continental Honda in Countryside and it was a great experience. We worked with Terry Scudieri who was outstanding. We were originally going with a dealer closer to our house, but I went with Terry as he stayed in constant contact with me with the status of finding us the minivan with our specs. I honestly have never had a better sales experience at an auto dealership. In November of 2017, I originally bought an IS 350 AWD and was sold based on the level of care and detail John Irantos put into the process. He walked me through some comparative stats on the IS versus some other cars I was looking at (BMW, Infiniti) and explained the strong relativity of the resale value. I work in sales and do not respond well to overly "salesy" folks and McGrath does not use that approach. They instead make you feel like family and respect you throughout the entire process. Fast forward to October 2018 and I was no longer in need of my vehicle as I plan to move to NY. Matt Fenton and the team at McGrath made the buyback process super easy (30-minutes tops) and gave me a fair and equitable offer. I highly recommend working with McGrath!

Two sales consultants did an excellent job - Jim and Jorge. When I called about a particular used car I'd seen on Carfax, Jim took the time to make and email a video "tour" of the car for me. When I arrived from out of town, I stopped at two dealerships. My experience at Max Madsen's was great and far surpassed the customer service at the other dealership. Jorge was there to answer questions about the car. He allowed me to consider the car without the dreaded pressure one sometimes gets at a car dealership. Following my purchase, Jim followed up with a thoughtful email welcoming me to the Max Madsen "family." With sales consultants like Jim and Jorge, you can't go wrong!
