Great dealership. No pressure, didn't get swarmed by salesman, and was very fast during the whole process. I'm in love with my new 2018 Honda civic. Cal was awesome and Tim was great! I would definitely buy there again!!!

I worked with Tavo and Beth in Lynnwood Honda and we had a very good experience in the dealership. They showed many vans and there was no pressure. They were happy to show the prime price even when we didn't bring our trade-in car. We were very happy with the first day's experience and we came back to buy the car. There was no accessories that were added and they were happy to give us what we asked for. Overall a pleasant experience and I will work with Tavo and Beth again. Great job for give us a pleasant experience.
I was stunned that the overall dealership score on Cars.com was so low. I bought a new 2017 VW Passat here at the the start of March and even with the credit challenges I presented the sales team was able and willing to work with me on getting me into the car I wanted at the terms I agreed to. They had my deal lined up before I walked in the showroom on Friday and in only a couple of hours I was driving home in the new car.
The only thing I dinged them for on the buying process was the support staff did Federal Express my financing to the wrong bank which did lead to a few days of delay. But other than that minor blip these guys are amazing.
Leo and Bryan were great to do business with. They both came in on a Sunday even though their dealership was closed. There was no pressure to buy and they were willing to wait while I made a decision and ask about other cars they had in stock. Very professional and very good customer service. I’ve already told people I know looking to buy a car to check out the dealership.
We bought our 5th or 6th vehicle from HOF and had a pretty good experience. It is always a challenge to meet on price but that seems to happen at all dealerships. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the final paperwork to our home since we were unable to get to the dealership during their regular hours. (We live 2 miles from them.) If you need a vehicle ask for Raj- he delivers old style customer service like courtesy phone calls and he always follows up on email.
We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at
I have been a customer with Hinshaw Honda in Auburn WA since 1988. One of the many reasons I continue to work with Hinshaw is Sean Tran. This is my 4th lease of a Honda CR-V and working with the staff at Hinshaw is always congenial, non-confrontation and professional. Sean always greets me like a long-lost family member and the greeting is genuine. Sean and the business staff always work within my means and I am never is pushed beyond my means. For the reasons mentioned above, I will continue to do business (service, sales, etc) with Hinshaw Honda and Sean Tran.
Never received a call once the service was complete due to Comcast blocking the Service Center phone number because it comes from out of state. This information came from your service rep, Shawn. If your rep knows you have this issue, then I’m guessing management also knows this call blocking issue exists. If that’s the case then why hasn’t management worked this issue? This is flat out crappy service. I wasted five hours of my day waiting for a call that never came. I had to call your service department to find out. Your service representatives should at least be verifying the contact number is not a Comcast number until you get the issue fixed.
I was referred by a close friend who just got a car from here so I decided to come down. I Was able to get into my first car ever with the help of Travis Martin. He was very authentic and engaged with helping me find the right vehicle. He also was very aware of what I was looking for and made my parents feel welcomed as they were helping me decide. I plan on referring many people to Travis and the rest of the staff at Honda. Thank you again Travis for your hard work and dedication to help me find the right fit! I love my new car!!!!
