This review asks, "Would I buy a vehicle from this dealer?" I want to clarify that I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealer, because they no longer manufacture and sell Honda Elements. I will stick with the car I have. I do usually prefer to have my Honda serviced at a Honda dealer though and these guys have usually been pretty good and the staff are extremely friendly.
Ross Nolan was my salesman and was truly a pleasure to work with. Very patient, kind, and really showed he cared about my happiness with my purchase. Him and his manager, Jason, went above and beyond to get me a great deal! Wonderful experience!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Post warranty issue was handled by Service manager Rich. I received great help on taking my car problem all the way up to Mazda headquarters. So Mazda agreed to cover 2/3 for replacement of a very costly part and associated labor! Great Experience!
I've been a couple times for service but this last time my truck was hit and it was pretty bad they took excellent care of me and it was fast extremely fast and it looks beautiful amazing both sides and back I couldn't be more impressed I would highly recommend them the people there are extremely helpful the service department in the body shop is amazing please do not let these other negative reviews affect your decision go try them for yourself
Its been a week since my purchase, and I want Scott G. to know I'm still HAPPY.
A manager sat in the car with me. He didn't judge me & explained how the lights & heat work. The finance dept. made me feel like I was hanging out with friends. Seriously, she was sharing knowledge. My credit score was embarrassing to me! The number I didn't have too worry about was the price. Al Serra gave me their best price up front!!!
Scott & the finance dept. worked within MY budget. They listened & gave me options. Now I'm riding in a pretty 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Under cost & under warranty. Did I mention it was PRETTY?
James helped us buy my husband a 2017 Honda Accord on very short notice after his old car was hit and totaled. We showed up after a long day of car hunting about 15 minutes before they closed (which would normally frustrate an employee trying to get home at the end of the day), but James was very kind and accommodating and took the time to show us each vehicle we were interested in. We are very happy with our purchase and our experience at Page Honda!
I recently bought a used Accord out of state and brought it to Page Honda for a service issue. The service department intake process was excellent and they even had a courtesy shuttle van to take me home.
I did not have Page Honda complete the repair. I feel like the service department purposely priced the repair service far too high to be affordable - probably because they didn't have any technicians who were capable of executing the repair on my car.
I did take my car to a local independant repair center, and they were able to finish the repair quickly and for a much more reasonable cost. In fact, the repair was completed for less than 1/2 the cost quoted by the Page Honda service department.
I believe that Page Honda was basically not interested in doing this repair work simply because my very low mileage car is over 10 years old. I believe they have an unwritten policy of not accepting service work on cars they deem to be "too old" so their strategy is to price the service at a ridiculously high amount to force you to go elsewhere.
The service work I needed was for a clutch replacement. They quoted me $1,765.00. I had the repair completed at a local transmission shop for only $735.00. The new clutch operates perfectly and took the same amount of time to repair as the Honda dealer was estimating.
Truthfully, I was looking forward to having the service completed at an official Honda service center as I am always suspicious of the quality of work performed at independent service shops. Due to this service issue, I probably won't be returning to Page Honda for service.
