UPDATE: After receiving more information in the mail, I have changed my rating of this dealership. The salesman, Chris Roberts, did a great job. However, I recommend you obtain your own financing. We have an almost perfect credit score and were told a 4.64% interest rate was the best they could find for us. Yesterday, I got a letter from a financial institution they had sent our information to informing us that our application had expired and the rate they were offering was 2.94%. This leads me to assume the dealership got something out of the deal with the financial institution we were given.
My visit to Northeast Acura was a first, not having purchased an Acura in the past. The salesperson, Emily Famulare, greeted me with a smile, and proceeded to explain the workings of the RDX, went over my many questions with precise answers, pointing out features that made me decide to purchase. The test drive really "sealed the deal" for me. Throughout the rest of the process, Emily, and other associates, acted professionally, courteously, in a warm, friendly manner. Five stars to Northeast Acura!

Jose Perez & Scott Scarsella did an excellent job in helping with the purchase of my new vehicle. There were a few big decision that were needed during the process of purchasing my new car. Both Jose & Scott were super help & accomadating through each turn. I would reccomend Mohawk Honda & these two gentlemen to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
60,000 mile service but took six days to complete.

I was pleased with the service but they should let you know when they will keep your truck for six days to fix it and forget to change the inside filters. Nice to get a rental tho.
