Very pleased with all aspects of our experience

We discovered Honda of Hackettstown when the airbag in our CRV was recalled. We called the Honda main number, and they put us in touch with Honda of Hackettstown, which was the closest dealer to us. The manager at Honda of Hackettstown explained what the issue with the airbags was and, despite the low likelihood that ours would pose a problem (given the climate in NJ and relative newness of our car), he put us on their list and suggested we get on a couple others' lists as well in case other dealers got a loaner car and/or the replacement parts faster. I was impressed with how nice he was, how patient he was in explaining the airbag situation, and with his recommendations for next steps. We called three other Honda dealerships. One never got back to us despite several messages. The other two put us on their lists, but Honda of Hackettstown was the first to call us back with a loaner car. When we went to get the loaner car, the service personnel were very nice and they quickly had the loaner ready to go. BUT, we decided that since we were there, we might as well see what it would cost to trade in our CRV for a new model. They hooked us up with Raul Almeida, a sales and leasing consultant. He was really fabulous. He got us a great deal on our trade in, and he was very knowledgeable about our various options (e.g., comparing leasing to buying, and comparing the different CRV models available). He helped us figure out what was best for us given our needs and preferences. We ended up leaving with a lease on a new CRV and felt great about it, including the trade-in value we got for our older model. Plus we had our two very young sons with us the whole time (since we didn't expect to get a new car that day), and everyone there--including Raul--was great about helping to make sure that they were happy, well-fed, and entertained. Plus Raul helped to make the process as fast and easy as it could have been. We really appreciated that. We left without having to manage a single toddler tantrum. All in all, two big thumbs up. They will be our #1 dealership moving forward.
