We bought our 5th or 6th vehicle from HOF and had a pretty good experience. It is always a challenge to meet on price but that seems to happen at all dealerships. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the final paperwork to our home since we were unable to get to the dealership during their regular hours. (We live 2 miles from them.) If you need a vehicle ask for Raj- he delivers old style customer service like courtesy phone calls and he always follows up on email.
Excellent salesman that take he time to explain all about my new Honda CRV. Financial person take he times to explain all about the finances. And the first Car payment when is due date and though whom I finance with. Thanks.
Never received a call once the service was complete due to Comcast blocking the Service Center phone number because it comes from out of state. This information came from your service rep, Shawn. If your rep knows you have this issue, then I’m guessing management also knows this call blocking issue exists. If that’s the case then why hasn’t management worked this issue? This is flat out crappy service. I wasted five hours of my day waiting for a call that never came. I had to call your service department to find out. Your service representatives should at least be verifying the contact number is not a Comcast number until you get the issue fixed.
Friendly service...not pushy at all...highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Experience was great..great selection of vehicles and very good prices as well..if your looking for a new dodge brand this is the place.
Friendly, fair pricing and no pressure. I test drove on my own and there was no urgency to buy. I worked with Frank. We negotiated over the phone, took less than 10 mins, and Frank had my paperwork ready upon arriving and took less than 15 mins to sign. Unfortunately, after taking the 2015 A4 premium plus with manual transmission home, the pedals gave me issues with my knees. I talked to Frank and Stu (owner), both gave me a fair price to return to A4 for another purchase. These guys are classy salesmen. Again, their pricing is fair and there is no pressure to buy.

I have been a customer with Hinshaw Honda in Auburn WA since 1988. One of the many reasons I continue to work with Hinshaw is Sean Tran. This is my 4th lease of a Honda CR-V and working with the staff at Hinshaw is always congenial, non-confrontation and professional. Sean always greets me like a long-lost family member and the greeting is genuine. Sean and the business staff always work within my means and I am never is pushed beyond my means. For the reasons mentioned above, I will continue to do business (service, sales, etc) with Hinshaw Honda and Sean Tran.
I was referred by a close friend who just got a car from here so I decided to come down. I Was able to get into my first car ever with the help of Travis Martin. He was very authentic and engaged with helping me find the right vehicle. He also was very aware of what I was looking for and made my parents feel welcomed as they were helping me decide. Thank you Hinshaw’s Honda. We have Ben coming here for awhile for maintenance on our CRVs (Patrick in the service department is the best!). So it only made sense to go this place when we needed a new car. We did our homework and decided on another CRV. Paul Chow greeted us right away and made us feel at home. He was able to answer all of our questions and didn’t put on the high pressure salesman psychology game. He was patient and and indulged our multiple requests to drive several vehicles. Great guy!
You really cannot go wrong going to Hinshaw’s if you live in the south Sound area.
I called reference a warranty issue. The sales Rep Garry, was helpful and advised to come anytime, No Appt necessary so I arrived a short time later. He greeted me and a Technician (Ron) took my vehicle to analyze. After a short wait, Ron took me to service area and showed me the repair adjustments he’d made to correct issue.
