At this point in my life I should be driving a sports car but due to current situation,a van is more practical. The Honda van is like riding in a luxury car with all the bells and whistle. I frequently forget I’m driving a van while zooming down the highway.
It was great experience with Mr.Yong Kim and he was pleasant and patient, helping me make my final decision without any issue. I would definitely return to this dealership if I am in the market for another Honda at the end of my lease period.

Past reliability 215500 mi on my old 2005 Ex-L.I bought a new one because of the safety features and the good looks and comfortable ride.Very good price for the features.Very roomy with excellent vision all around.
He is not only knowledgeable, but he really cares about his customers and treats them like family. He makes buying a car a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

My first 2018 Odyssey was totaled when someone ran a red light and tboned the car doing 55 mph. The outside looked bad and other than the airbags going off on the inside you would never know it was in an accident. The van did exactly what it was designed to do and my wife and 2 kids where safe and walked away with just a few bruises from the safety belts. If they where in a smaller vehicle they would not of been so lucky.
I was given the most Amazing customer service. Keith Burr went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable and confident in my choices. Having dealt with so many sales representatives in the past I cringe to even think of having to deal with anyone other than himself. I will follow him wherever he goes! I???m also louder than Yelp and will continue to refer everyone in need of a car to him. Thank you Keith Burr for all that you do.

We LOVE this van but do so wish it had an all-around & birdseye camera (& sensors) system. And altho the 280hp is very good, wish it had 300hp or better. The interior, exterior, doors & liftgate controls WONDERFUL!! Can’t say I love the touchscreen though.
Keith was extremely helpful when I purchased my Accord and even with folllowup questions. Keith has helped me a few times with service questions and has always been there for me. I??? will and have recommended him to my friends.

Our car is ok but there is some stuff we don’t like about the car. Remote start has to have the doors locked and push button down for more than 5 seconds. There is no way of knowing that the car has started after you press and hold the remote start. Navigation/tachometer-speedometer/radio is all connected somehow and it died or blackout on us within two months of owning car. Took it to dealer and they had no clue on how to repair it or how it started to work again. FYI everything is digital on the car. There is a lock window button that you can engage but once it’s on no windows can open even with the drivers control. When your inside the vehicle and doors are locked you are unable to open the doors by pulling the handles and no way of starting the car unless you press on the brakes.
Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.
Thanks so much, I pray Gods Blessings at this place, and that y'all sale 75 cars this weekend.

The Odyssey replaces a 10 yr old Sienna. A big leap forward in technology, driving dynamics, and safety. We debated between crossovers or another minivan, but dollar for dollar, the minivans are hard to beat. Cargo, comfort, fuel economy, and reliability.
I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.

The Odyssey is a great minivan. It has many different helpful aspects to its design. It drives easy and like a car and has loads of room. It is incredibly reliable and takes on miles easily and without issue.
I truly enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday on Friday. October 2, 2015. Mia was very patient, professional, and caring in listening to my needs and concerns.
