We LOVE this van but do so wish it had an all-around & birdseye camera (& sensors) system. And altho the 280hp is very good, wish it had 300hp or better. The interior, exterior, doors & liftgate controls WONDERFUL!! Can’t say I love the touchscreen though.
My fiancee and I were looking to buy a new Honda Fit. The only one they had in the lot on the day we went in was automatic, and not the color we wanted. Erik took down my name and said he???d call me if the car I wanted came in. Sure enough, less than two weeks later I got a call from Erik that the car we wanted was there. Everything about our experience was smooth, and during the purchasing process we were in and out. Our car is ok but there is some stuff we don’t like about the car. Remote start has to have the doors locked and push button down for more than 5 seconds. There is no way of knowing that the car has started after you press and hold the remote start. Navigation/tachometer-speedometer/radio is all connected somehow and it died or blackout on us within two months of owning car. Took it to dealer and they had no clue on how to repair it or how it started to work again. FYI everything is digital on the car. There is a lock window button that you can engage but once it’s on no windows can open even with the drivers control. When your inside the vehicle and doors are locked you are unable to open the doors by pulling the handles and no way of starting the car unless you press on the brakes.
We looked online before coming to your dealership, so we knew what we wanted. Wasn't expecting to purchase the vehicle that night, but the price was right, the trade-in value of our SUV was spot on, and our salesman was friendly and accommodating!!
So many gotta have it features...

The Odyssey replaces a 10 yr old Sienna. A big leap forward in technology, driving dynamics, and safety. We debated between crossovers or another minivan, but dollar for dollar, the minivans are hard to beat. Cargo, comfort, fuel economy, and reliability.
My Husband and I traded in an '05 Honda CRV and purchased a certified used 2015 Honda CRV. Scott Honda was spot on with the appraisal we wanted for my used car which really helped us make the decision to move forward with purchasing our next car from them We worked with AJ, he was very knowledgeable and patient as we looked through the current inventory together and helped us narrow down the perfect car for us. He was a no BS kind of salesmen who shared his own positive experience of his recent CRV purchase and made the stressful parts of buying a car FUN! We also worked with Tom in Finance. The Odyssey is a great minivan. It has many different helpful aspects to its design. It drives easy and like a car and has loads of room. It is incredibly reliable and takes on miles easily and without issue.
I was greeted and shown a vehicle by Matt today. I must say that he was very pleasant and great to deal with. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I wanted, I really enjoyed his professionalism, his patience, his eagerness to make a deal happen, and his judgement free kindness. I came in the dealership on a whim after cleaning my driveway and basement and I never bothered to change my clothing or boots. He treated me like any other customer. I just wanted to say great job, Matt.

At this point in my life I should be driving a sports car but due to current situation,a van is more practical. The Honda van is like riding in a luxury car with all the bells and whistle. I frequently forget I’m driving a van while zooming down the highway.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

My first 2018 Odyssey was totaled when someone ran a red light and tboned the car doing 55 mph. The outside looked bad and other than the airbags going off on the inside you would never know it was in an accident. The van did exactly what it was designed to do and my wife and 2 kids where safe and walked away with just a few bruises from the safety belts. If they where in a smaller vehicle they would not of been so lucky.
The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.

I like driving the van and all the features that it offers. It is easy to understand why I always drive a Honda once I first got one.
Got my 4th car over the past 15 year there. Tone Hicks and Mark Hammond have always been easy to deal with and always play fair to get the best price and financing. No pressure and they do have a culture there which includes "nice:. I always shop around 1st but purchase there as they are real people who stand behind their products.
Very comfortable riding van. Solid!

Ride is very comfortable and solid. Feel very safe in this van. Really like this Van! Had other brand vans in the past but this one is far above the others in ride and comfort and quality.

Appointments we looked hard for the car I wanted on the lot to find out it wasn’t in getting work done. I love this car.

Past reliability 215500 mi on my old 2005 Ex-L.I bought a new one because of the safety features and the good looks and comfortable ride.Very good price for the features.Very roomy with excellent vision all around.

If you're in search of a new car, I highly suggest you stop by Scott Honda of West Chester and meet with Hiep. I had my mind set on a new civic si sedan, and after leaving two local Honda dealerships unhappy with my trade-in offer, I decided to get my car appraised at Carmax of KOP. The appraisal was $2500 more than what the first dealer offered me and $1000 more than what the second dealer offered me. I preferred to trade my car in for a more seamless experience, so the first dealer was out since I was insulted by their offer. It was then a spontaneous decision of mine to visit Scott Honda right down 202 and the receptionist was very cordial and quickly paged a sales rep for me to speak with. I was then greeted by Hiep and we sat down and I told him that I was looking to trade in my 3-series for a si sedan and we began going through the numbers. This was my third Honda dealership that I visited in the past week so I knew what to expect going in and the usual sales gimmicks. I bought a used car from Piazza Honda last week and it was the most hassle-free and pleasant used car buying experiences of my life. Karl and Brent were amazing. I was in and out in 45 minutes with exactly the car that I wanted at a great price with no hassle.
It was late on a Saturday and the detail shop was a little backed up, so they offered to let me come back Monday morning for the full shine and polish. When I came back, Jay mentioned that one of the guys had noticed a light was on that they wanted to take care of. He said he'd get it into the shop and have it ready ASAP.
Turns out it was not a minor repair, but they covered the cost, provided a loaner, and bent over backwards to make sure I was well taken care of.
I have never had such excellent customer service at a dealership before, or nearly from any business for that matter.
