Christopher Gallo in the service department really helped me find out why my Toyota matrix was shaking so much. The service department went above and beyond and helped me find more issues that I will come do service for in the future. There prices where fair and my service advisor made sure my car was in good hands at all times. He even got me a shuttle ride home to since I was stranded in New Rochelle.
Very comfortable riding van. Solid!

Ride is very comfortable and solid. Feel very safe in this van. Really like this Van! Had other brand vans in the past but this one is far above the others in ride and comfort and quality.
I drove all the way from Westchester County to LIC to buy a car from this dealership after the Mitsubishi in the Bronx told me they couldn't help me. After a couple of hours the entire staff had me driving away with a new car and the price I was happy with paying. The staff was amazing and very cordial.
I would definitely go back to this dealership!

At this point in my life I should be driving a sports car but due to current situation,a van is more practical. The Honda van is like riding in a luxury car with all the bells and whistle. I frequently forget I’m driving a van while zooming down the highway.
I called for appointment for a recall that I received for my 2012 Honda Pilot to be serviced, The service personnel who welcomes me was Paul Mosca. When I handed him the letter from Honda. He first thanked me for not neglecting the mailing letter and took the time to take care of that. This makes me feel valued as a customer. Paul is very professional, courteous. The way he speaks to his customers make them feel at ease. He assures me that my car will be taken care rapidly and reassure me that I have nothing to pay. What makes Paul's service outstanding is the fact that he told me he will check if there were another recall under which your vehicle was flagged for. He invited me to get a cup of coffee. He wants to make sure that I am ok. He came to me a few times to give me a update of the car repair. and sure enough, there was another recall that the Pilot was called for. Paul is the type of representative that encourages t customer o come service their car at Millennium Honda. He is excellent in terms of people relationships. You really need people like Paul in your organization

My first 2018 Odyssey was totaled when someone ran a red light and tboned the car doing 55 mph. The outside looked bad and other than the airbags going off on the inside you would never know it was in an accident. The van did exactly what it was designed to do and my wife and 2 kids where safe and walked away with just a few bruises from the safety belts. If they where in a smaller vehicle they would not of been so lucky.
We LOVE this van but do so wish it had an all-around & birdseye camera (& sensors) system. And altho the 280hp is very good, wish it had 300hp or better. The interior, exterior, doors & liftgate controls WONDERFUL!! Can’t say I love the touchscreen though.
Great location, great coffee, Great place, great price, even better people, will be back with friends. Couldn’t ask for a more greater time. Thanks again.

Our car is ok but there is some stuff we don’t like about the car. Remote start has to have the doors locked and push button down for more than 5 seconds. There is no way of knowing that the car has started after you press and hold the remote start. Navigation/tachometer-speedometer/radio is all connected somehow and it died or blackout on us within two months of owning car. Took it to dealer and they had no clue on how to repair it or how it started to work again. FYI everything is digital on the car. There is a lock window button that you can engage but once it’s on no windows can open even with the drivers control. When your inside the vehicle and doors are locked you are unable to open the doors by pulling the handles and no way of starting the car unless you press on the brakes.
