I just bought a used car from them which was priced below Kelley Blue Book fair price. Mike Garcia was my salesman and he was friendly and knowledgeable. They do push to buy an extended warranty, but that is negotiable. Bottom line, I got the car I wanted at a great price!
I currently own a Honda Element with over 300k miles on it. Thinking it's time to replace it while it still has some value to it. (BTW, no major issues with this Honda).
Because of its MPG, versatility, and it's a Honda, I like the HR-V. Unfortunately my 4-legged tail-waggin pal had to visit the doggie hospital, a large and unplanned expense. So my car buying plans, for the time being, are on hold.
With this in mind, the Robertson folks were still gracious enough to show me AND my 4-legged tail-waggin pal a few HR-V's. No pressure to buy. I very much appreciated that. So when a few bills are paid off, I will be back. Hopefully soon.
I was looking looking for a CR-V and was called by one of their sales reps (do not remember her name). I live about 50 miles away and was trying to get them to give me an idea of how much below MSRP they were willing to go. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted and wouldn't give me an idea of their prices. All they would say was "you need to come I. Today to get the best price". I had given them a price point and what another dealer was offering. That is all they had to say. I don't get it...
