I was looking for a CPO Acura TLX All Wheel Drive. There are not a lot of them out there particularly at this time of year. I have been getting my car serviced at Elite Acura for years and have always had positive experiences.
I met with Giovanni Paparo and he showed me a 2015 TLX all wheel drive. He was very personable and no pressure at all. I purchased many cars over the years and Giovanni made this one of the most pleasant experiences. He gave me a better price than other Acura dealers that had the same car with the same equipment and mileage. There was no back and forth or "I have to talk to my manager, etc." He made an offer. I gave him a counter offer and we met at a place where we both felt the deal was reasonable. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. When it was time to sign the papers, Adriano did a great job explaining all of the additional warranties that were available. There was no pressure or trying to talk me into something I did not want.
Giovanni and Adriano are the guys to see if you are in the market for a car, whether it is an Acura or otherwise!

When I went to buy my car I thought it was going to be nothing but problems and not the case at Piazza Honda. Gene took the the time to make sure that with my crazy schedule he could see me leave happy and went out of his way to help me. On his own time answered my questions and kept in contact with me while I worked and I left a satisfied customer,I would recommend that if your buying a car, you need to be treated with people who are kind and respectful, like the team at Piazza off Essington Ave!
Purchased a 2016 Infinity QX60 and very impressed with the quality and overall workmanship of the vehicle. Ross an exceptional sales person and made me feel at ease going through the process of this purchase. During my research of recondition titles it was difficult finding leaning institutes that would provide the necessary financing but Ross was very helpful there. I would recommend an extended warranty for peace of mind. Overall experience GREAT!!! And I plan to go back for the wife.
Heard about the express service department at Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne Pennsylvania. I was told that I can get my oil change if I stop in before 8 AM and 4 PM....so I stopped in without an appointment and what do you know....I was in and out in under 15 minutes! Awesome! Express Service, at the top of the hill is the place to be for great service!
The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.

Got my 4th car over the past 15 year there. Tone Hicks and Mark Hammond have always been easy to deal with and always play fair to get the best price and financing. No pressure and they do have a culture there which includes "nice:. I always shop around 1st but purchase there as they are real people who stand behind their products.
Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I went to Burns Honda in search of a new car. Brian Hughes helped me with the whole car buying process. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. Not once did I feel pressured on making a decision. Overall great service. Would highly recommend.
