Anthony Witherspoon was a phenomenal salesman. I met him two years ago and he advised me that it wasn???t the best time for me to buy a vehicle. Most salesmen would push you to purchase a vehicle by any means necessary. I appreciated his honesty and I knew when I was ready to buy my next Honda, I would give him the sale. He did not disappoint! I drove off in my 2018 Honda Accord with a payment that was well within my means!
I worked with Terri and she was wonderful with helping me purchase a new car. She answered all of my and my boyfriend's questions and was very professional, courteous, informative and patient. We dealt with other staff members as well and everyone was equally great to work with. Although I don't remember everyone's names, thank you to all who helped us. Terri has also been helpful in answering my questions after I purchased the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Terri and this dealership!

We purchased a 2018 CR-V from Nikole at Heritage Bel Air Honda in April. I???ve been driving a Pilot for a while, but the new CR-V is so good in every aspect, include the safety suite, that I wanted one for myself. The entire process at Heritage, including the pricing, was easy and you won???t find a more knowledgeable, helpful and dedicated sales expert than Nikole anywhere!
Service department there is a young lady by the name of Blake, she was the most respectful and friendly person I have met in a while. Blake seems to be very knowledgeable in her field.

On February 12th I purchased a 2011 Volvo S40 R Design. Very nice car. So i decided to take it on a nice road trip to see how the car performs. Immediately I noticed that the gas mileage was deteriorating. Went from getting 24mpg to about 17 mpg. Also the car stalled on me twice upon start up. But started up fine after a restart. Contacted service and they set me up with an appointment to get the car checked out. The service advisor contacted me and told me that they had done a diagnostic on the car and the knock sensor was bad....... Shouldn't a diagnostic had been done before I purchased the car?..... Also using the audio system I noticed that one of the speakers was busted..... Hope I haven't purchased a lemon from carmax. Is this a start of future issues.
This is the third car we have bought from Ken Davis at Heritage Honda Parkville, MD. Each time the experience was better and better. Ken is low key but efficient. He helped with our selection, got us a great deal and got the paperwork finished in record time. He is also steller on follow-up to make sure we are happy and understand how the car's features work. Could not be happier with the experience.

Greeted right from the front door and sat right down with the Sales Rep i was speaking to all day without an appointment! My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
