I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.

We LOVE this van but do so wish it had an all-around & birdseye camera (& sensors) system. And altho the 280hp is very good, wish it had 300hp or better. The interior, exterior, doors & liftgate controls WONDERFUL!! Can’t say I love the touchscreen though.
Jason Fry did an excellent job and took care of me with no fuss. He got me in and out with no delay and took good care of me.
So many gotta have it features...

The Odyssey replaces a 10 yr old Sienna. A big leap forward in technology, driving dynamics, and safety. We debated between crossovers or another minivan, but dollar for dollar, the minivans are hard to beat. Cargo, comfort, fuel economy, and reliability.
Josh was very friendly and took the time to explain the service and prices! I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour!

The Odyssey is a great minivan. It has many different helpful aspects to its design. It drives easy and like a car and has loads of room. It is incredibly reliable and takes on miles easily and without issue.
Took my car in a couple of months ago to have my A/C looked at. Zac was the service person helping me. It was the easiest and the most painless service experience I've ever had. I actually never write reviews, but Zac was so friendly and helpful, that it seemed like a disservice not to say something about him. Every experience I've had at Honda of Tiffany Springs has been excellent, but the experience I had with Zac was world class.

We where looking to get a new family vehicle and was down to two vehicles. We drove this and loved it didn’t bother going to look at the other car.
Mike was so accommodating at a moment when all seemed to be in shambles following a home invasion where my daughter's keys were stolen. Service was timely, professional and dependable. At this point in my life I should be driving a sports car but due to current situation,a van is more practical. The Honda van is like riding in a luxury car with all the bells and whistle. I frequently forget I’m driving a van while zooming down the highway.
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
The team at Stoops Buick GMC have made my experience and a friend very happy with our purchased. Great to have faith in the people you deal with and recommend any friend and see the same experience for them.

My first 2018 Odyssey was totaled when someone ran a red light and tboned the car doing 55 mph. The outside looked bad and other than the airbags going off on the inside you would never know it was in an accident. The van did exactly what it was designed to do and my wife and 2 kids where safe and walked away with just a few bruises from the safety belts. If they where in a smaller vehicle they would not of been so lucky.
We are happy we leased a new vehicle from Victory Sandusky Honda. Our Sales Rep, Jeannette McGory, Leasing Finance Rep, Ken Noser and the opportunity to meet the General Manager Gene Cappo was a great experience. They are willing to work with you and make you feel comfortable. We recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Honda.

Ride is very comfortable and solid. Feel very safe in this van. Really like this Van! Had other brand vans in the past but this one is far above the others in ride and comfort and quality.

Our car is ok but there is some stuff we don’t like about the car. Remote start has to have the doors locked and push button down for more than 5 seconds. There is no way of knowing that the car has started after you press and hold the remote start. Navigation/tachometer-speedometer/radio is all connected somehow and it died or blackout on us within two months of owning car. Took it to dealer and they had no clue on how to repair it or how it started to work again. FYI everything is digital on the car. There is a lock window button that you can engage but once it’s on no windows can open even with the drivers control. When your inside the vehicle and doors are locked you are unable to open the doors by pulling the handles and no way of starting the car unless you press on the brakes.
I came into the service department 2 days in a row last week with windshield and battery issues. Exasperated both times and of course I had no appointment! Staci and Nate were so kind and worked me in as soon as they could. Shazam spent over an hour trying to re calibrate the windshield but found an underlying problem and educated me as to what was causing it. Battery was also replaced and off I went. Thank you all for your great customer service! You're the best
I first visited the website to look at their inventory and then called in and spoke with Elliot to ask additional questions. He invited me into the showroom and promised me an easy deal with no haggle. When I arrived at the showroom my vehicle was ready for the test drive even though I had already went through the approval process over the phone which took about 10 minutes. Elliott was very professional and knowledgeable. Elliott made me feel very comfortable and was very nice to work with. Overall I am satisfied with this buying experience and I would highly recommend if anyone's looking for a new or used vehicle to go on down and leave what you want! Past reliability 215500 mi on my old 2005 Ex-L.I bought a new one because of the safety features and the good looks and comfortable ride.Very good price for the features.Very roomy with excellent vision all around.
Smooth and friendly customer service. Steve was very knowledgeable about the cars and listened to what was important to me. I would be glad to recommend my friends and family to him!
