I bought a pre-owned Civic, April 1st, 2016, and my dealer, Fabian Uchoa, did an excellent job, from start to end. This is my second Honda I bought with them, the first was a new Accord receiving the same excellent service. For maintenance they do also excellent job.
Had a great experience buying a 2016 Honda Pilot back on October 31st with the Internet Manager Jeffrey Borghi. I had done allot research online so I had a clear picture what trim level I wanted and started my shopping process online. Jeffrey answered all my emails promptly and was professional and very helpful in the negotiation process. Most which was done online and the phone. When I arrived at the dealership he was very thorough and made the buying process a pleasant experience. I was very happy with the service from Jeffrey Borghi and everyone I was in contact with at Honda of Thousand Oaks. Took my kids with me and they enjoyed the waiting room that had a children's area. I purchased a car from Honda of T.O a few days ago. My overall experience was excellent. I felt they treated me fairly - the process was quick, negotiations didn't drag on. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and would come back and by again. Knowing this car was a gift for my daughter they made some great recommendations to help her establish credit, etc... I wasn't used to this type customer service from a car dealership. 2 thumbs UP!!
i have to tell everyone first off i didnt buy a car, still compelled to submit a reviewe though. I was raised around customer service having worked in the restaurant industry and so far shopping for a car this time around has been lackluster. turned out I decided to sell my car first on my own (per wife's instrux) so i'll be back to Honda afterwards- and lookign forward to it as well. Barry worked with me, helped me with my credit to get the best offer on the apr and knowing beforehand what this car was worth on the market before coming in, i felt like very quickly we arrived at a square deal that i'm happy with. i think i could probably find a slightly better deal off the dealership lot, but the warranty and professionalism i'd get there is worth the extra couple bucks for piece of mind. And again, the time and effort he put in with us was really genuine and it feels good to give someone your business when they've earned it (sorry, the restauranteur in me talking again). either way, i'm actually looking forward to going back, Barry and his team were all super friendly and just down to earth people that brings the natural comfort back into going to a car dealer.

I was shopping for a new CRV and contacted AutoNation Honda in Valencia CA through their website. In my email I asked for a price on the 2018 CRV EX. I quickly received an email from Gidomer Francia with a price that was very favorable. And that's the reason I drove 25 miles to AutoNation in Valencia, bypassing numerous dealers closer to my home. Gidomer's straightforward answer to my email immediately set AutoNation apart from the other dealers. Because the other dealers, when asked the same question, all wrote back with some variation on the following theme: "We're going to give you a really great deal. Please give us your phone number so we can call to tell you all about the deal." And when I met Gidomer and the others at AutoNation, it was clear to me that they were interested in getting me the car I wanted at a good price, with no hidden fees or add-ons. And, everything they told me they would do, they backed up in writing and delivered on it. I don't think it's possible to have a better car buying experience than the one I had with Gidomer at AutoNation Valencia. And I'm telling all my friends about it.
Had an appointment at 8:00am with Sara for an oil change, 11/12/2018...arrived about 7:40am...Sara was not available and Ben took care of me..would take hour to hour an a half...after about an hour Ben informed me I needed a new battery which was under warranty...took about another 45 minutes or so..left dealership around 10:20...experience was fine...of course I wish it would have been faster.
Vasny and Beverly were a great help and great sales rep. They were able and willing to work with me and able to work out a great deal. They have been very attentive even after the purchase of vehicle. Great experience
I previously posted about my bad experience at Honda of Hollywood. Today I met with Harut Karapetyan,, General Sales Manager, and have to justly modify that previous review to 4 stars---5 stars if the "bad start" had happened. Harut called me back after I left a message and we began to talk and I said I was actually driving there to see him. He met with me and listened to my story and experience, accepted criticisms and suggestions and really offered me a fair solution....part of the initial experience was my inability to gracefully exit when I felt pressured and uncomfortable....I'll own that. We also interacted with Raj in Finance and he was receptive to suggestions about improving the buyer's Finance experience. Great job guys for listening and making the appropriate resolution for both parties!
