Brought my Honda Accord to Community Honda Dealership on a Saturday because the splash guard installed under the engine compartment had broken loose and was dragging on the ground. Service Advisor James Chesser took my service order and had the service technician remove the damaged splash guard. James advised me that the dealership would have to order the replacement parts and the expected delivery would be Tuesday of the following week. I drove my vehicle home and returned it to the dealership on Wednesday for the installation of the new splash guard. Thank you for allowing me the use of my vehicle until the part was available. James is very professional and courteous. This is not the first time James has provided excellent customer service to me in the repair and maintenance of my Honda.
I purchased my 2018 Honda Accord here and I have to say , it was a pleasant experience. My salesperson Brayan Vasquez was very friendly , laid back and most of all , he never pressured me into anything. Highly recommend this dealership
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
I purchased my vehicle at another Honda dealership w/ a warranty that was only applicable at their facility. Sterling McCall Honda honored it, anyway, since it was my first time there. They only charged me for a duplicate vehicle key I had made for my wife. They changed my oil/filter, rotated my tires/checked air pressure, topped fluid levels, and cleaned/vacuumed my vehicle for free. They are wonderful people.
Russell and Smith has given me great customer service since the first day I walked in looking at cars two years ago. They take care of their customers who are just walking in or who have made an appointment and the wait time is always reasonable. Beat dealership in Houston
I was there during my lunch for some repairs to get done. I was supposed to get a rental car and it took me almost 2 hrs to get one. I was very very upset, but thanks to the sales manager Ammar Sheikh that saw my frustration on my face, he was the only one that seems to be concerned about my issue. I try to talk to the service manager, but he said that he was too busy to talk to me. That was very rude of him to say that, when I know that he was not busy at all. I just wanted to say that you should have more friendly staff like Ammar Sheikh working there in your company. Also, Mr. Rene was very nice to me.

Service was wonderful and quick and I was kept informed of all that was done. Darnell quickly took care of everything I requested to be done, checked for all additional needed maintenance and notified me of the cost. Very happy with his assistance and the dealership
