I was in search of a new vehicle because my old car was in super bad shape. My mother recommended Casey due to her previous experience in 2005 for her truck. Rick Riddle is the top salesman in our opinions. We have bought 5 hondas in the past 7 years, 3 of those were in a years time. We have a 2016 CRV and a 2017 Ridgeline. But i must say if it wasnt for Diane Johnson in the service dept we wouldnt be buying from there. Diane has gone above and beyond to make the service pleasurable. Your service tech (Roy) was actually interested enough in the problem I noted to take the time to do a test drive with me so he could be sure he understood my concern. It was obvious his goal was to fix it, not pass it off as a non-issue. Service writers were also professional and took the time to work with me.
My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good
