Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
Stan, assisted me in my Purchased. He is great he sold me exactly when I wanted, he made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and service was also great and getting the clear bra and the seats treated right away Honda overall is the best dealership in town.
Pedro was fantastic to work with, will truly recommend him. The service was great and fast was less than 2 hours from the time I arrived and left with my new CRV. Also, gave me a nice (not great) but nice trade in value on my old car.

I worked with Geri Reeves, Kimberly Moor and Jason Rhoads they were are all awesome and very professional they should be rewarded. They were friendly and not pushy and took our needs into account. They offered many different options explained them very well, and were ok with us not selecting certain items. There are other Honda car dealerships closer to us probably three or four, but we keep returning to this dealership because of the great people that we get to work with and the way that they treat us. My wife insisted that we go to this dealership because of the experience that we have had and we were not disappointed it was great as usual.
I have worked with Geri Reeves for several years. She is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, hard-working, positive, and a straight shooter. This dealership is exceptional in every way and on every level. It must be challenging to work with people from all walks of life, from young and energetic to old and not so energetic (like me). But at Parker Johnstone???s one would never know that people can be a pain because everyone who works there wears a smile and has a can-do attitude.
Anastasia was great to work with and she answered all of my questions. Brandi in Finance, however, was rude and disrespectful. She kept trying to rush me out the door. I???m purchasing a $23,000 vehicle. I should be able to ask some basic questions without getting an attitude.

Great customer service. We went to several other dealerships looking around after we visited your store and they didn???t even compare to the quality of service we received from Taylor. Felt very low pressure to buy; very knowledgeable about the vehicles; you can tell Taylor wanted to find the perfect car for us. Very impressed! Jason was fun to deal with as well.
I wanted to say thank you to your wonderful sales person who helped me out last night. I regret I did not get her name, but from the pictures on your site, I think it may have been Anastasia. I was driving my 2018 Fit from Vancouver to Eugene when my tire pressure monitor system indicated low tire pressure. After receiving absolutely no help from two different gas stations, I was nervously driving south when I noticed your dealership off the freeway. I made my way back, and even though it was after hours, this wonderful person came out to my car and helped me out. She explained that the monitor was probably triggered by the cold weather and didn???t really indicate a tire pressure problem. She then reset the monitor and showed me how to do so myself should the problem recur. Your dealership is a little too far to come from Eugene, but you and your staff have earned my respect and gratitude. Thank you.
