I’ve been going to Hill Country since it opened. Always a good experience. The service staff understands that repairs can be expensive they will off discounts if possible. Very knowledgeable of different car issues, not pushy at all, ensures the customer is comfortable with the cost and will price match parts. Also they have loaners for those long service visits, if loaners are unavailable will offer a ride.

Was welcomed by a service associate immediately while he held the door open for me. Had an appt for a courtesy diagnostic to be done to determine the issue with my 2004 Honda Civic. After the problem was determined I was given the information along with what the cost would be for the repair. The work was completed in a timely manner and for less than the estimate that I had been given. The problem was repaired and I was on with the rest of my day. The every member of the Sterling McCall Honda Service department that I spoke with was professional and courteous. Thank you for a positive experience!!

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

The van is great for transporting our 3 grandchildren. Great family vehicle. Love the Apple Play. Very disappointed that we buy EXL and there is not a compass in the car. Feel like I am back in 1970 where I had to buy and suction onto my dash!

We had begun to consider trading our 2014 Honda Odyssey van for a 2019 model when we took our car in for service. While there we met Kevin Coffman, a sales rep. He asked us if he could show us a 2019 Pearl White Odyssey from the lot while we waited. We agreed, so he went out in the rain to bring one up under cover for us to see. He started at the tailgate, showing us the hands-free opener, the cargo space, and the hidden gas funnel for use with a gas can fill-up. Then he explained the new "no gas cap" feature which we had never seen. Next was removing the middle console/seat in the 2nd row and showing us the ease in changing the seat configuration which allows easy access to the back row. The dashboard features blew us away and was over whelming, but Kevin said that he would work with us until we were comfortable using them, as well as gave us HondaTechTutor.com as a resource for reference. He assured us that the features are much more user-friendly than they are on our 2014. Next was under-the-hood!! Wow! We have been very happy with our gas mileage, etc., on our 2014, but the 2019 is even better. Kevin was as knowledgeable about the engine compartment as he was the interior features. We couldn't believe how long he spent explaining it all! The test drive was wonderful...definitely less road noise..good pick-up...smooth handling. Afterward Kevin asked if we were interested in possibly making a trade-in, very low-key and no pressure. We said it was worth considering, but were interested in several colors other than white. Since it quit raining, he took us out on the lot to show us what the other colors looked like in person. We were possibly interested in the Pacific Pewter and Lunar Silver, so Kevin searched other dealerships to see what was available. Some were, but all of them out-of-state, so the white was as good a choice as any. Kevin took our 2014 out and checked it over to see what kind of a deal he could offer us. We had also purchased it at Airport Honda, and they have given us great service and sent us coupons frequently. When Kevin came back with his best offer on our 4-year old 65,000 mile care, we were absolutely shocked!! We couldn't believe that we could get this newer model with more features for about half of it's sticker price, and for less than we paid for the 2014. Well, LONG story short, we drove home in a new 2019 Honda Odyssey...after Kevin took time to walk us through the set up of the radio, safety settings, etc. We are very glad we made this decision, and know that Kevin expects us to contact him with any concerns or questions we may have. We even have his cell phone number!! He is very personable, good listener, and no pressure...let's the product sell itself...and it did!!

This is the second Honda we have purchased. It is a 2019 Ridgeline RTL-T. We were in the market for a midsize pick-up. We checked the reviews on the Internet as well as Consumer Reports. The Ridgeline reviewed near the top of the midsize pickups. We went to airport Honda to test drive the pickup and met Jay Haynes, our salesman. Jay was very knowledgeable about the pickups as we looked at a Sport and the RTL-T. We settled on the RTL-T because of the features on the truck. After the test drive, we went to Jays office to negotiate the price. I had checked the value of my trade in pickup on KBB.com and Edmonds.com. After talking with Jay we agreed on a trade in value and a price on the Ridgeline. Jay was up front and fair in the negotiations with no pressure. It was a nice experience. We went to the finance guy (LaMarcus Thompson, I think) in the back office expecting a high finance rate but he had one from a local Credit Union that was comparable to the one from our Credit Union. After signing the papers, Jay took us to our pickup and spent walking us through the video dash board as well as the Navigation/Audio video screen. He sat in the back seat and made me push the buttons so I learned what each did. He also explained to me what I was doing in a fashion that made sense and I understood. This was excellent because the screens have many menus and can be complicated to work through. Jay also called us a day or two after we left the dealership to see if we had questions. Approximately a week after our purchase the dealership had us back for pizza and a meet and greet with the Parts Dept. and Service Dept. They explained how the service light in the truck works and what we should do when it comes on. They answered any questions the group of about 20 people had. I was impressed with the dealership taking the time with their customers to make sure they are satisfied.

I hear of some major concerns about this van, however we have had no issues, and are very satisfied to date. Drives very well, has what seems to be a lot of safety features. The exterior fit could have been been better, some of the trim does not line up 100 percent. Our last Odyssey still runs well with 200 thousand miles on it according to the current owner. I expect many years of service from our Odyssey. I would buy this van again, we currently have 22,000 miles on it.

Easy Peasey No-Haggle Experience!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I already loved my 2011 odyssey, so much space for 3 kids plus guests and super reliable. Now I have the 2019 odyssey and it is in a class of its own. Beautiful inside and out, so many features and a dream to drive.
