I’ve been going to Hill Country since it opened. Always a good experience. The service staff understands that repairs can be expensive they will off discounts if possible. Very knowledgeable of different car issues, not pushy at all, ensures the customer is comfortable with the cost and will price match parts. Was welcomed by a service associate immediately while he held the door open for me. Had an appt for a courtesy diagnostic to be done to determine the issue with my 2004 Honda Civic. After the problem was determined I was given the information along with what the cost would be for the repair. The work was completed in a timely manner and for less than the estimate that I had been given. The problem was repaired and I was on with the rest of my day. The every member of the Sterling McCall Honda Service department that I spoke with was professional and courteous. Thank you for a positive experience!!

My husband and I had been looking at several different vehicles but had previous experience with Wolfchase so we decided to start there first. Jun, our salesman, greeted us with a smile on a cold brisk morning as we discussed what we were in the market for. I had my mind set on a Highlander and took it for test drive but wasn???t 100% sure I wanted it. Jun talked me into test driving the 4 Runner, which I had never been too interested in, and I LOVED IT!! My husband also purchased a Tacoma the same day as well and Jun was out to make sure we had the perfect fit. Jun was very genuine in his efforts and we, not once, felt pressured by him. He waited ever so patiently as we looked at nearly every Tacoma/4Runner on the lot???largest selection in the area if you were unaware???so this took some time. He played with our children, answered all of our questions, rallied for us to receive the best deal, and was patient with me as I changed my mind halfway into the process about which of THE MANY 4Runners I wanted. Needless to say, we are happy with our decision of choosing Wolfchase for our vehicle purchase and even more so with Jun by our side!! I made an appointment for an oil change for 8:30am and even though I was about 15 minutes late as soon as I pulled into their service station, one of their representatives quickly greeted me and asked how he could help. ---- I was actually worried because two days before my oil changing appointment, my car wouldn't start and had to be jumped. After it was jumped, I let it runs while, returned home (which was a 45 minute drive), sat a little more, and figured everything would be alright the next day. Then the day before my appointment my car still would not start, so the morning of my appointment I had to get my car jumped again and took it to auto zone; they told me that my battery was dead. I was so surprised because my car was only a year old and I would never leave the lights on, air or heat running, nor radio on without the car being cranked up. ---- Because of all of this, my expectations were pretty low to up in the air when I pulling up to the dealership stating that my battery was dead and I needed a new one (which is covered under the warranty). Thankfully without any hesitation they asked me to please leave the car running and said they would complete my oil change (for half the cost), and replace my battery for free. On top of them being so quick, fair, and understanding; the Wolfchase Nissan Dealership completed my oil change and replaced my battery in less than 30 minutes. So they get 5 stars from my experience for greatly exceeding my expectations!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I'm very satisfied with the professionalism of Terrell Wilkerson, advisor the day of my service, 4/18/17. He was very friendly and helpful, and honest. I will continue dealing with him, if available. I watched the actual mechanic work on my vehicle and a lot a "chit chat" going on with mechanic next to mine. The service for an oil change took over 1 12 hrs????? My tire presure was not checked because we had to put air in two of them. Not sure if this is included in the point check or not. Just think the mechanics should be more focused on their work!!

I hear of some major concerns about this van, however we have had no issues, and are very satisfied to date. Drives very well, has what seems to be a lot of safety features. The exterior fit could have been been better, some of the trim does not line up 100 percent. Our last Odyssey still runs well with 200 thousand miles on it according to the current owner. I expect many years of service from our Odyssey. I would buy this van again, we currently have 22,000 miles on it.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

The van is very quiet. Gas mileage is great. The uneven floor would have deterred me from buying it if I had none about it before the purchase. Totally unnecessary! No low windshield washer reservoir indicator! Duh! Gas flip door often freezes up and won't open.

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

I have owned several cars in my years of driving, most of them being luxury, but this dealership is by far the best one I???ve had dealings with. I have purchased my last 3 cars here for a reason. Of course I would love to own another Mercedes or Infiniti, but my experience was not top notch. From the buying process to the service, I receive excellent customer service. I moved out of town over a year ago but I still wait until it???s time for me to visit Memphis to have services done on my car. Abdul always knows exactly what to say and how to react to customers. He remembers your name and treats you like family. I love his attitude toward his employees as well. They respect him and they hav fun while working. It doesn???t matter what I need, he makes sure someone is there to help me. I had the pleasure of dealing with Skyler this time. Skyler was courtesy and intentional. He was dealing with 3 customers via phone when I pulled up but he immediately greeted me, listened to my concerns, and addressed my issues. He made sure to put me in a rental while my car was being service for a few days. Even the rental team had exceptional service as they were prompt and very friendly The only downfall they ALL had was being Cowboy fans 😂. In my opinion, when you know better, you do better!! I guess that???s just one of their few character flaws! I find it amazing that Abdul, Skyler, and the rental teams were all fans!! I guess it starts at the head (Abdul)

So much space it's hard to max out the seating capacity of this thing! Amazing tech features and handles like a car. NO OTHER MINIVAN CAN TAKE A TURN LIKE THE ODYSSEY DOES. By far the best vehicle to haul lots of humans and still be fun to drive.

Last week our daughter and son-in-law were preparing to leave their home in Memphis to come visit us in Oklahoma for the holiday when their 2012 Honda Pilot???s alternator went out. They have the Honda Care warranty and were towed to the nearest Honda dealership. Unfortunately that was not Wolfchase Honda. The Honda dealership they were towed to told them the alternator they needed was not in stock and they could not get one until the following day (It was also their wedding anniversary and they had out of state hotel reservations that could not be canceled). Trying to be a good father I called the service department only to be told the same bad news, there were no replacement alternator???s anywhere in the greater Memphis area. I didn???t give up. I called Wolfchase Honda, (the closest dealership to the unnamed national dealership) and spoke with the parts manager Mr. Shaun Watson. He listened to my dilemma and I was astounded when I was told he had two of the alternator???s needed in stock. He did not just have the part needed but he also had a willingness to help. He miraculously arranged to get the alternator to the other dealership and bottom line our kids made it to their hotel reservations to enjoy their anniversary and on to Oklahoma to spend Thanksgiving with their family. What Shaun Watson did went way beyond what most would have done. His dealership was not going to profit from the repair or from the sale of the part, but doing what he did for our kids will get him and his dealership ALL of our future business. I personally own a 2017 Accord, our kids have their Pilot and their second car is a Accord. Not only will Wolfchase Honda earn the service of our kids vehicles but I also plan to give them the opportunity for future sales when I trade vehicles. If you or your family live in or near Memphis and need to get quality service from people who care, please contact Shaun. His service is 5 star and if you are the owner of Wolfchase Honda you must be a great judge of quality employees because Mr. Watson is a prime example. My experience could not have been better and once again Shaun, thank you very much.

The car is very updated in technology. It is very spacious. It has heated seats. It's great for the kids. It has back up camera.
