A very enjoyable experience a Lute Riley Honda. My wife and I purchased a 2017 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. This is a very hi-tech car that is absolutely beautiful in styling and design. Definitely the smoothest ride we have ever experienced. This car has it all and to top it off, it gets 48 miles to the gallon. Most likely will be named Car of the Year. Our salesman was Ricky Bobby Hawksley and he was extremely knowledgeable of all the Honda cars as well as other brand named cars. No pressure here at all! Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

From the moment we stepped instead Forest Lane Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram Dealership, we were absolutely surprised and our experience definitely exceeded our expectations! Jason Wilde was fabulous, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, definitely not your typical pushy salesman! My husband and I had bought a 2018 Dodge Challenger at another dealership in North Dallas last December (2017) and had a horrible, horrible experience!!! ON a fluke a few weeks ago, we stopped in at Forest Lane Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram to see if we could have our Challenger service with them instead of where we bought the car. Jason took us out to the service department so we could see their state of the art service department and we knew right then and there this was our forever dealership. Jeremiah (Service Manager) spent 30 minutes talking with us and walking us through our option. My husband had so many questions and concerns about our 2018 Challenger's performance and all his concerns were thoroughly answered. So with this said, we were going to schedule a maintenance appointment then my husband and I decided to look at the 2019 Challenger with possibility of trading in our 10 month old Challenger. Jason Wilde was extremely helpful and never made us feel pressured to trade up. We learned through this experience about all the different type of "Hemi" engines and realized we still didn't have my husbands dream car. Greg (New Car Director) began the search for his 2019 Dodge Challenger 6.4L RT Scat Pack Plus. The dealership had become very busy that afternoon so while Greg was searching for the car, we went to lunch and when we returned 90 minutes later, the car had been located. Greg explained all our options on the warranties, financing and refund process on the previous warranties we bought on the 2018 Challenger. Rob (Finance Manager) went over everything again and the process went very smoothly. Our new car was scheduled to be delivered a week later and to our surprise, we took possession of my husband's dream car four days later. Needless to say, our experience with Forest Lane Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram exceeded our wildest expectations and the team made this car buying experience enjoyable and we will buy another car with them in the future. Absolutely, the very best and most honest dealership!! Thank you Jason, Greg, Rob and Jeremiah for being absolutely the very best!!

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

I hear of some major concerns about this van, however we have had no issues, and are very satisfied to date. Drives very well, has what seems to be a lot of safety features. The exterior fit could have been been better, some of the trim does not line up 100 percent. Our last Odyssey still runs well with 200 thousand miles on it according to the current owner. I expect many years of service from our Odyssey. I would buy this van again, we currently have 22,000 miles on it.

The van is very quiet. Gas mileage is great. The uneven floor would have deterred me from buying it if I had none about it before the purchase. Totally unnecessary! No low windshield washer reservoir indicator! Duh! Gas flip door often freezes up and won't open.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation and Rear Entertainment. First let me start off by saying I'm not a Honda fan. Ever since I had a terrible experience with a civic I stayed away from Honda. After having my 2nd child our compact SUV was not big enough (2 kids both in car seats, a double stroller, and 2 dogs. Yeah that wasn't going to happen). I test drove every 3 row SUV on the market because I was NOT going to own a minivan. I test drove a 2016 Honda Pilot and just loved it. So that brought me back to the Honda Line. I went to a dealership and told the sales guy I was looking at the Pilot. He asked the size of my family and said "let me show you the Odyssey". I was VERY reluctant to look at it. 1 because it was same car my parents drove and 2 it was a MINIVAN! But I decided to go and look. Am I glad that I did! The amount of space this thing had, the seats were so comfortable, it's turning radius was felt like I was driving a car, and the ride was incredible! I was able to take the car home for 3 days before I made my final decision. In those 3 days, I put the stroller in it, tested the rear entertainment for my 2 year old, loved that I could open the doors and my 2 year old could climb in, oh and I didn't have to worry about hitting the car next to me in the parking lot! I was sold on the van. I bought the van on December 28, 2018 and knew this was going to be our family car for years. I can keep all of the seats up and have the stroller in the trunk. The EX-L offers plenty of features to feel like you are driving the top of the line without the price tag. Leather seats with driver memory, keyless entry with remote start, automatic doors, Honda Sensing (thats on the EX trim as well) and the system work great. Automatic lift gate, automatic high beams, the magic sliding seats, auto lock feature so if you walk away with full hands the car will lock, and many more! I average 30 MPG combined driving (eco mode is always on). Yes I am no longer "cool" but hey this thing can carry my family and all of our stuff comfortably. My car only has less than 6,000 miles on it now, so it is a baby, but she's a great car and we have had no problems with her. Don't stick to the SUV craze, cave and buy the minivan. You won't regret it!

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

Needed a car to travel with our 2 dogs and all of our "stuff". Either minivan or a Suburban needed. Odyssey Elite is perfect - great travelling car, comfortable, lots of room, great features, and solid gas mileage. 2 recalls and 3 unscheduled repair visits for annoying small things and exterior fit and finish is a joke (Honda reliability is overrated) but I would definitely buy this again.

My Service adviser, Zuhaib Makda did an awesome job on my car, he always gives good advice which is quite useful besides being economical, if you ever want to repair or fix your bmw at classic, just go there and ask for ZUHAIB MAKDA, and I assure you , you will not walk out dissappointed.

Excellent design, very comfortable, and a great highway van. Two items I would change. 1 the auto idle shut off should not be the primary mode. Hate it when I forget to turn it off at startup and first stop light it shuts off. 2 The auto high beams are inactive at lower speeds.. not sure why but I live in the country and it’s as dark at 30 mph as it is at 60.
