Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

The most enjoyable and painless car buying experience a family could ask for! Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

I had the best car purchase experience at Jay Wolfe! I started working with Russ King when I found out that Honda was bringing the Civic Type R to the United States finally. The release of the car was still months out but Russ put me on his list and updated me with any information he heard about the car. He kept me well informed, knowing how excited I was about this car. I felt like he was as excited for me as I was for the car to be released. This is a limited production car that most dealerships will only receive one or two of. Even knowing this, Russ and Jay Wolfe didn't mark the car's price up like so many other dealerships have done (others marked it up $2k to $20k!). They had higher offers for it than what Russ and I had discussed but he and Jay Wolfe kept to what we had discussed for pricing MSRP plus accessories. Now that's a dealership with integrity! They are a for profit business and it would have been easy for them to have decided to sell it for much more and make more profit, but they didn't. They kept to their word and made a customer for life! If you don't think this is that special, search online for the 2017 Civic Type R and dealer markups. There are plenty of people in a similar situation where at the last minute their dealership marked up the car by thousands of dollars. Thank you Russ and Jay Wolfe for being a solid business with integrity! I will definitely be back again when it's time to replace my wife's Odyssey.

Fadil helped us as he listened to our preferences and took care of everything. Negotiated quickly on vehicle price and threw in some extras for free. Had to take my 2020 Accord in for service today for a safety based issue. Matt (service) and Kevin (Sales Mgr) went out of their way to provide me with Outstanding customer service and Support. People like the professionals I encountered at Lees Summit Honda today, are the reason that a Honda has been parked in my garage since 1989 and will continue to be well into the future.
