I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I had the most exceptional experience with the team at Hillside Honda - Edwin Luzon and Eli Hartley - who were both supremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. Upon arriving to collect the car, Edwin professionally too me through the paperwork, dominated all the features of the car, and sent me on my way with helpful directions to get out of the city.

The sales man treated me like a person and let me drive, look or take apart what they had available. There was no pressure to buy or make the sale, they just wanted to make sure I would be happy with what ever I bought. A few hours later I drove away with a CPO car for my wife.

As a new customer I was pleased way beyond what I was expecting the sales girl named Florey Hasan did a fantabulous job from the point I went there till the time I was handed the suv she is well experienced and well mannered as my personal opinion I believe if someone as knowledgeable as Florey the company would not just grow but take things to new heights I personally thank hillside Honda for hiring a talent which is not possible with great knowledge and skills to get easily among young people

Luis Quiero was very attentive and was not aggressive. He was genuinely interested in knowing about our needs for a new vehicle. He was very respectful and accommodating. The sales manager, Jayson, and the finance manager who handled our purchase were equally respectful and accommodating. Not only were they professional, but they continue in the Paragon Honda's tradition of treating every customer like family. After leasing a 2026 Odyssey EX-L, we ended up referring my wife's cousin to Luis. They ended up trading in their Subaru for a 2026 Odyssey Sport. They were also impressed with the level of service, attention, and care that they received. Paragon Honda gained a new customer in them.

Matthew Tuchman was wonderful! He gave me the lease deal I wanted. I returned my Honda Sport Accord (9400 miles) for a 2025 Honda Accord SE. Matt made me feel at home at DCH & really Delivered Customer Happiness for me. When my remote keys did not work, he told me to call Roadside who arrived in 25 minutes & towed my car to DCH. Matt had my 2 remotes recalibrated & a brand new battery in the car. He then drove the car to my home (another car followed to take him back to DCH) told me what he did & made me very happy. We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! We will definitely be back when we need another car!! Thank you!! Honesty goes a loooong way!!

I recently purchased certified Honda civic form white plains Honda and its was a great buying experience. My sales man Diaz is very friendly and addressed all my questions.
