I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. I purchased my 5th vehicle from Honda I have been satisfied with the cars except for this last one the tires on this car are trash only had the car maybe a 2 months already had to get two replacement tires and a plug in the other I was told the tires are low performance and they blow out easily why didn't they put better tires on this car I never had this problem with the other cars I got from them I also waited 2 hours for oil change and tire change with a appointment not happy

We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. A few other visits to nearby dealerships and test driving other cars, I returned to Hillside Honda to purchase my car. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved. He even took the time to set up my Car Play so that I could drive with my favorite tunes. I’m so happy with my purchase and would recommend seeing Ahnaf at Hillside Honda.
