My daughter was searching for a couple weeks for a new vehicle. She is very picky, so she covered a 50 mile radius around the house before coming to Russ. She bought the pre-owned van she was looking for at Premium Auto Sales at a very reasonable price. We were both impressed with Russ. His honesty, and knowledge brought me back a week or so later to get a car for me. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu, and for the first time in a long time, I have no buyers remorse. Oil change & tires rotated took about 1.5 hours like they said. Nice waiting room internet connection, coffee, Service has always been very good, bringing our CRV there for 6 years. Prices are reasonable. Military vets get a discount on service.

I cannot think of enough nice things to say about my experience. From the moment I parked on the lot to the time I left, I felt like royalty. Every single employee here was amazing and treated me with the upmost respect and like family.
Chris Noa by far is who everyone should work with. His manager Ben was on top of his game as well and read me right off the bat. Ben went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He set me up with Chris and then Chris took it from there.
The entire experience of buying a car can be stressful and difficult. These guys made it actually fun and in the end if I had not bought the vehicle, I still met some great people and had a great time. The good news was I did buy the vehicle and I truly believe it was because we just worked together understanding each other’s side from a business to consumer and made it painless.
The car was exactly as described, the employees were top notch, and the facility looked amazing.
However these employees can be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond should be done.
For anyone looking even just to acquire some information and/or browse, don’t be afraid to talk to these guys. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of nor that I was bothering them. Don’t shy away from getting information to make a good decision on what’s right for you.
Again I can’t say enough. Chris and Ben are elite and deserve much kudos to making my evening a great one and a very happy customer.

Thanks Kat and Robert for your help during the purchase of my new car. Spending a lot of money is very stressful, but I feel good about how everything went and that I learned more about the intricate process, which helped me to understand why it takes time.
Buying a car can be a little intimidating, Thankfully the staff here tried to make it as quick and painless as possible. Stephen was happy to let me test drive the car and was very knowledgeable about the different features. My only complaint would be the wait times during the credit check. I know that it takes a while to send your information out so it isn't a bad mark on the dealership but I did wait quite a while. Bearing in mind that the dealership will only improve over time (since they will be moving to a bigger building) this is a great place to buy a car.
Roger (Big Mac) and Stephen are great people to work with. I worked with Big Mac in the past and built a good relationship with him. Easy to work with and connects with people. Highly recommended and will always go back to Schaumburg Honda to purchase cars in future! Keep up the good work!
