Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Just want to give a shout out to Christian for a job well done! Great experience at the largest usud car dealership in the Valley! We were treated Very Well, couldn't ask for More! Thanks for all of you who helped us at CarMax!
Had THE BEST experience with this dealership from first contact via the website w/ Dave Petty all the way until I drove off the lot w/ my brand new 2018 Disco Sport. I found the car online and made an inquiry via the contact option on the site. Dave called me within minutes and started working on a deal. I had NO idea it would be so easy and smooth. I was actually dreading the process. Dave made it so painless and very enjoyable. I had a few exchanges with Dave and the deal was done. What a relief! I came in signed a few forms with Dave and a few with the Finance Mgr, Fay who was also very pleasant. There was no hassle, no bullying, no intimidation just pure professionalism. I am so grateful for the experience and happy with my new Disco!

I usually dread buying cars. This was my 12th purchase in my life and it was no exception. Except, once I started working with Sam, I felt a real difference. Sam is no pushover, but was very clear to make sure that I was getting a good deal and letting me know what he needed to make some money for himself and the owner. Nothing was hidden. I felt like we both won and I would recommend Sam to anyone looking for a used car.

I bought a car yesterday from Topline Automotive and I am very happy with it! My experience with Topline and their staff has been top notch from the beginning. I had been looking to buy a used BMW for 5 years now, and due to unforeseen circumstances I was looking to buy one within the month. I did my research and did my numbers, and found 3 really good deals. I checked out the other cars and dealers in Orange County and had my friend also run numbers on her end.
I expressed interest in the car I found at Topline and called to see when I could check it out. The manager/director, Ethan Lam, helped me from start to finish. He was great! Not pushy or aggressive, very communicative, and super helpful. I filled out the online application they have on their website for financing and he found me such an awesome deal/rate, it was unbelievable. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with his efforts!
The quality of the cars that Topline has is impressive. The car I ended up buying looked really clean and well-maintained. There are extensive photos for every one of their vehicles available online, so there were no surprises. They have an extremely nice selection of used luxury cars that have been well-maintained and look brand new.
The car I chose runs beautifully and was such a good deal, it still feels unreal! I love my car!!! Thank you so much Ethan! I appreciate the awesome service and quality vehicle. Grateful!!!
