Co-owner Mike is friendly and helpful and even willing to work with you on pricing. He treated my daughter with respect. Place is neat and clean and well worth the visit.

I fully enjoyed my experience at the Toyota dealership. I went in the place to trade in my car that I just didn’t like. Everyone there was very nice and had great customer service and also very personable. The finance guy was hilarious, his personality was great. The lady that sold me the car was very friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend this dealership to anyone.
Did not have to wait hours while salesman runs back to manager bickering over price. Was able to test drive,get trade is appraised, agree on price and sign papers all in a little over two hours. Still to long, but excellent based past experience with other dealers.Never felt pressured at all from any employee we worked with.
The new 2019 Odyssey has a ton of bells and whistles that create a safer and more comfortable ride. Generally, I shy away from new technology, but Bob Hunter made it understandable and helped me find the right trim level for the size and age of my kids.
I had an Auto Shop do the repair on the wrong side of the car. It was a minor repair but they still charged me.
I took it to Scherer Mazda and told them about the experience and asked them if they sold the auto shop the part. They did but the Parts employee was fantastic! So, while I went to schedule my routine maintenance appointment in Service, he actually called the auto shop and made sure they are not going to make me pay for their mistake. I am getting the car fixed again next week.
It is stuff like this that makes Scherer Mazda stand out from the rest. I have never had a bad experience with these guys. I will definitely be back.
I have dealt with this dealership team with sales and service since 1998 and have always been treated fairly and respectfully by the entire staff. That is why I always return for new car purchases and in turn have them serviced here. It is also helped by having such a great product as Honda!
