I just cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Jay M. and the entire Fayetteville Dodge staff. Suzanne was extremely helpful throughout the whole time I was there. Very well informed about the car I was interested in which was the 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback, answered every question without error. She gave great customer service and made the process as quick as possible. Will definitely be back.
My warning came on and I called the service department questions ning the meaning and need for repair. I was able to bring my car in then and waited about 45 mins while the battery was changed. The coffee in the waiting room was delicious! Of course the repair was done efficiently and properly.
The dealership was absolutely wonderful as soon as I walked in. My experience with Leticia and Aaron was perfect. They worked with my budget to find the right car for me and made sure it looked great before I left with it. The finance process with Brent also was quick yet efficient. Everyone made sure to answer any questions I had and made sure I left happy. I would definitely recommend Wilde East Towne Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future
Our first impression of Kurt Marty was "no nonsense." Is addition he was courteous and informative about every question we had. Never once did he push or show any impatience. He was very professional at all times. He informed us of other options. His sale to us was followed up by a visit from Mr. Barr. He thanked us for using Mungenast for our purchase and offered to answer any questions. Jessica Mungenast then walked us through all our options for insurance and made the purchase very easy. I believe the greatest compliment that can be given a dealership is a return purchase. Bought my second vehicle from Southwest Ford today. Don Rice was our salesman and he really deserves 5 stars for the way he lead me through the entire process. Drove away very satisfied with a new Ford Edge. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.
It started with Will sending me an email and he was with a customer when I got there. Kevin immediately s s flawlessly introduced himself and asked I???d we could look and tear drive till Will was free. Off we went! Getting back to the office Will was free and they both sat with me, were polite, extremely knowledgeable and courteous! I never felt rushed and we were able to agree on what I wanted, what I was comfortable spending and because of the incoming rain, set me up for Monday to get the car detailed! They both called me the next day to see if I had any questions, concerns or needs. They made me feel important and part Of the family!! They are simply the BEST!!!! Chris in finance was super cool and not pushy. I told him my budget and thankfully due to his hard work, I left with my 2018 Honda CR-V happy about the choice but impressed that these three young men were so wonderful!! Eriously recommend them any day!!

I appreciate Mike Hall, Perfection Honda???s Service Manager (I believe that is his last name?), always being willing to confer with me whenever I come in and getting me initially set up to work with a relatively new service advisor so that I might continue to have Sebastien as my Service Technician. Eddy was my Service Advisor and handled my time in Perfection Honda???s Service Department with the professionalism and respectful courtesy that I have come to expect each time that I have needed to have regular service (or the much less frequent repairs or warranty work) performed on the many Hondas that I have owned dating back to the mid 1970s at a whole slew of different Honda dealerships in three states (California, New Mexico, and Colorado). I appreciate how well Eddy handled my A 1,2,3 service on my 2015 CR-V. I also appreciated the opportunity to briefly speak with Sebastien about the work done and ask questions about servicing options, considering what had already been recently done in the past several months. That kind of communication is very meaningful to me.
The sales experience with Roberson, especially with Molly Wilkes, was a rare pleasant experience in the Auto Industry. They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in. I would recommened both the dealership as well as the sales representative.
Elizabeth Yoo was courteous, professional, honest, answered all of our questions, and made our experience at Kendall smooth and stress free. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Kendall to our acquaintances.
