I was looking for a Honda Odyssey because me and my wife saw how good the reviews are on the Odyssey's so we saw Pure Car Buying and they have the really great prices on there vehicle's. Pure Car Buying is what used car buying is supposed to be like. After taking my mother, a well-aged senior, to shop for a used Lincoln Town car at some other used car dealers who proved to be shady and dishonest, we were feeling discouraged. I actually felt like I needed a shower after dealing with some of these characters who very clearly had no qualms about trying to rip off a little old lady. So, it was both a refreshing surprise and delight when we met Sean and Adam at Pure Car Buying. The car we had seen advertised was in great overall condition and priced very reasonably. However, my mother was concerned that the car might be too big for her garage, and she wanted her mechanic to check it over (her mechanic previously had found serious undisclosed issues with a car she was considering from another dealer). They said "No problem" and gave us temporary plates to take the car back home with us to check things out before buying it. The car checked out, and we purchased it with absolutely no hassles. We could not have been treated any better, and my mother is absolutely thrilled with her purchase. Sean and Adam were honest, respectful, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Pure Car Buying. They are fantastic!

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer, I had a wonderful experience with Ogbe, a used car salesman. He was extremely attentive and very flexible. He also demonstrated a great deal patience with my son during a test drive. I would definitely recommend contacting Ogbe at Landmark if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Before I get to Sales, the Service Dept makes the dealership. The people get to know you and you get to know them. The person you buy from you see once (or more if you buy 5 cars like us), but the Service people you see every time you need a regular service ??? oil, mileage interval, rotate tires ??? or if a little thing like a light bulb goes out after 75k miles. Honest and never charge or sell you more than you need. Spot things you might never know but could save your life (seriously, one time a break pad went early from wear and like brakes to work). OK, sales and financing. Super patient super helpful. No high pressure techniques. You need to think about it no worries they???ll wait for you to come back, and come back again as much as it takes for You to make up Your mind. That???s whether to buy, what car to buy, what model, what color. Will line up the colors inside and exterior altogether for you so you can really see the differences and make sure you leave with the one you like. Explain every model level and every feature. Inside and in the car. Just amazing
Is there a reason that people can???t buy volkswagen with cash money but have to finance? At 6% interest , hopefully they didn???t lie to me about paying off early without penalty, I really don???t want to pay over 3000 dollars for finance charges. They emailed me a survey but no follow up, oh well ....we will find out in a couples weeks after BB and T bank contact me .
My service rep Ken is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service. I've serviced my car at browns for the last 2 yrs. Not once have i had any problems with service. I mean that 100% i am truly a satisfied customer. I brought my car there 2 yrs ago, and when i get 300,000 mileage on this one, I'll buy another from here. Completely satisfied!!!
I was very satisfied with the service that Adam rendered. It was the first time that I had him as a service supervisor for what's needed for our Odyssey car. It was done in a very timely fashion, and very professional and kind.
Honda Dulles made the required repairs to the recalled passenger side airbag. Not amused that this problem has been known about for over 2 years and Honda, for whatever reason, just now sent the recall notice,
