Used 2019 Honda Passport for Sale in College Place, WA

My initial experience was fantastic. Good follow up after I bought my Honda Accord Sport 2014. But lately am having trouble to get a response back from the service center. Its been three times I've called the service center for a fix to my car door where wind is entering the car. I got it fixed couple of times before. They said that service part is required to fix it and they will call me once it is available. Every time I called they said that the service person will call back but no once calls after. This is quite frustrating and bad experience for me. Not sure if anyone else is facing this kind!

Having only had our Honda Passport Elite for less than a week we are very pleased with it. It is roomy and has all the options of more expensive cars we tried our. The push button transmission will take a little to get used to but it is great so far. The ride height is higher and allows for great visibility. Gas mileage is better than expected with enough power to move when you need to. We got the car that fits our needs at this point in our lives.

I leased a 17 VW Jetta! I was amazed by the lease special they had, usually when something is to good to be true it isn't, but in this case it was exactly what Ii saw online! Abby was very helpful and a delight to work with. I will definitely come back and buy another car once my lease is up.

I owned two first generation Pilots and loved them. I didn't care for the appearances of the 2nd and 3rd generation models, so I went back to driving a sedan - and immediately missed the convenience of an SUV. I saw the Passport online before it was even advertised. I test drove one, and bought it. The Passport is comfortable, roomy, and is loaded with user friendly technology. The ride is stiff compared to a Pilot, but still very comfortable. I like the styling very much - it looks like an SUV. I love this vehicle and would buy it again in a minute.

Great place. Got a great truck for a lot less. I always look at salvage titles, you take a huge chance when you buy from an individual. It was awesome to deal with a company who relies on referral business. Didn't hurt that their reviews are higher than any car dealer I've ever seen. That was comforting to say the least. Sales team was helpful, but not pushy. Finance team was equally amazing. Didn't get the used car dealer vibe at any point. I'd highly recommend taking a look.

This car was amazing. I had a 2016 pilot previously But this car is outstanding in every way.The best car I have ever had. The car is perfect in every way.

This is a late review, but wanted to review nonetheless! I bought my car in July 2017 and had a great experience. Michael Marquez was amazing from the first phone call, so kind and patient in listening to my situation and the things that were important to me in my next vehicle. When the vehicle I was looking at didn't work out, Michael provided several other options, stayed late to allow myself and my husband coming from Denver to test drive the car and helped us get a monthly payment that worked with our budget. Everyone was very nice, professional and helpful in the finance department as well! We will definitely come back when it's time to look for another vehicle!

I love it. Very clean simple perfect for my mother. She can go grocery shopping and have no problems with comfort and yet ahead of its time.

I’m so glad Honda decided to bring back the Passport. The design, thoughtful additions and the style makes this SUV a huge hit for my family. My husband loves the easy pick up and go acceleration and safety. I enjoy the roominess of the interior and the stylish look. Being an Apple family CarPlay is a nice add-on.

I requested an on line quote on a 2016 Honda Accord and got an almost immediate reply with a very competitive offer. I liked the up front approach taken with the offer.The offer was significantly lower than the No haggle Walser dealer in the Twin Cities area. The follow up was appropriate without being stalking. I ended up purchasing from my local Honda dealer who priced matched and wasn't a 100 miles further away. I almost felt guilty about not purchasing from Brookdale as the on line process was so smooth. I don't usually do reviews , however this was a very pleasant experience. I will be contacting this dealership again in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

The vehicle meets all of my needs from the roomy interior, to the high tech options to the smooth ride. It is a valued asset.

I worked with Kevin from First TX Honda when I started inquiring about a specific car in Aug 2018. Two other area dealerships contacted me as well but stopped. Kevin was following up with calls and emails monthly letting me know their deals which caught my eye. He did not get to the point of annoying. Very responsive and gave me answers right away on what I was going to pay for my car plus TTL. With that info against other dealerships, I could negotiate until my husband and I were ready to buy a car this month (Nov). Kevin wasn???t too pushy, very friendly & professional and was definitely patient with us. He didn???t give up on us at all. We are very happy with our purchase of a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T. I was closely working with another dealership during the time of negotiation going back & forth and almost left where we previously bought our older car but First TX won out. They gave us exactly what we wanted and literally came down to color & mileage. Mike Broderick, the Team Lead, was great too and definitely gives great sales pitches!! Charlie Baldwin has a great, positive attitude and glad we ended the night there at Finance. Laid back and relates to people. We appreciate you First TX for staying late & having great attitudes all around. Customer service is top-notch!!

Typical Honda. Looks like a Nissan from up front. Definitely a Forester from the side. For the price there is nothing original in this new car. No android auto or apple play. At $44k for the Elite, there are better options.

I’ve been going to Hill Country since it opened. Always a good experience. The service staff understands that repairs can be expensive they will off discounts if possible. Very knowledgeable of different car issues, not pushy at all, ensures the customer is comfortable with the cost and will price match parts. Also they have loaners for those long service visits, if loaners are unavailable will offer a ride.

Great car, but won't fit in a 7.5' townhouse garage. Drives very well, but seats should be more luxurious for this price. The 20" wheels are a very good design feature in the snow.

Rick Kruger could not have been more helpful as I considered replacing my beloved 2007 Honda Odyssey (318,000 miles!). I didn't purchase my Odyssey at Don Ayres Honda, but I have been taking it there for service for about 8 years. The service department is fantastic. I've worked with a couple of great service advisors, and Dillon is just terrific. When I told Dillon Steenport I was contemplating replacing my Odyssey, and wanted to take a test drive during my last oil change appointment, he personally walked me over to the sales area, introduced me to the manager, and made sure the manager knew what I needed. The manager asked Rick to help me, and I am so grateful. I knew I would replace my vehicle with another Honda, and wanted something with great visibility, great handling, and lots of room. The Pilot met all those needs. Rick explained everything about the car, differences between models, updates from my '07 (a LOT), etc. Test drive went great. Rick did not pressure me at all; I never felt like I was buying a car. He was extremely helpful. When my husband came to test drive the car, Rick went over the car with him as well. We had a great experience with both of us there for the second test drive. When we decided to buy the car, Rick made it as easy as possible. Our finance consultant, Joe Gates, didn't pressure us at all and made that part of our transaction go rather smoothly. And finally, before I left the parking lot with my new vehicle, Rick went over everything again to make sure I understood the technology and all the extras. He helped set up my phone, and made sure we knew he was there for any future questions or concerns. I love driving my Honda Pilot! It handles very well, is roomy, and everything is where it should be on the Honda dashboard and steering wheel :). I don't feel like we've bought a car from someone we'll never talk to again; I feel like we've purchased a vital piece of equipment through someone who will see us through the lifetime of this vehicle. Had a 2017 Ridgeline, traded it for a 2018 Chevy Equinox. Big mistake. When the new Passport arrived at my dealer I took a test drive and bought it that day. The ride is firm as expected but still smooth. Very impressed with how quiet the interior is. Great cargo space behind the rear seat. I really like all the Honda sensing features, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, etc. The Garmin based navigation system works well and is very intuitive and easy to use. I also like he fact the Idle Stop feature can be turned off with a button on the console. No complaints with this vehicle!

I have been taking my 2008 Honda CR-V into Ray Laks for service since I purchased it new. The latest was for diagnostic for problems with warning lights coming on and off and the "D" light (drive light indicator) flashing. They found an extra ordinary irregular problem with the main control module. Since I am on a very limited income as a retiree, they help me with the amount it cost for the diagnostic. Nevertheless ... when and IF I am ever able to purchase a new vehicle, it will be from Ray Laks Honda.

Great experience at Gwinnett Place Honda, just bought our new 2016 Odyssey there! We worked with Chris Suh & Joseph Shin and they were wonderful, professional, and helpful in every way. I contacted about 15 dealerships before narrowing it down for best price quotes and best customer service and then decided to go to Gwinnett Place in person as the first dealership to visit- and then didn't have to go anywhere else since we drove home our new Honda we bought there that night! Chris & Joseph were super helpful by email as well, always quick to respond and answered all my questions. We live out of state and about 3 hours away and it was well worth the drive and buying from them. We got there later than we had planned and they stayed open late for us to get everything done! When I wanted to take a picture of our family one last time with the old Odyssey that we traded in before we drove off in our new one and realized my phone was out of batteries, Chris offered to take it with his phone and texted it to me. They were very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and go the extra mile at Gwinnett Place Honda for their customers. When someone sees you coming in they hold the door for you (nice added courtesies like that from the staff) The dealership was also incredibly clean including the nice kids room! It was completely a no pressure experience from start to finish, and Albert in finance was awesome as well, even though it was late he answered all of our questions and was happy to help! We definitely had a pleasant experience at Gwinnett Place Honda and I would definitely recommend Chris and Joseph to anyone thinking of getting a new car!

We liked the look of it right away. Less road noise and the ride is smooth. We like all the leg room in the front and back. I like the heat in the back too.

The wife and I bought a 2013 Infiniti from the guys in the used car department Saturday August 4th. Our salesman Grant Renfro was absolutely fantastic!! He was like dealing with an old friend. Funny, knowledgeable and helpful. His supervisor too was very friendly and helpful; managed to get us a deal we both could be happy with. The finance manager was friendly, not pushy and not condescending. All and all our experience Saturday was five stars!! We???ll definitely use Toyota of Greenville again and for sure Grant Renfo. Good job fellas!!

After reading reviews, I decided to test drive the new Passport. My overall impression after driving it was very good. Great visibility, more of a rugged look to the front end with the changes. Plenty of room front and back. Handling was good as well. I enjoyed the sport option for shifting, its quick and responsive. Also, the when excellerating, the engine sounds great, just loud enough to let you know it’s got plenty of power. The extra lift Honda gave it also adds to the overall appearance and driving experience. I will be looking forward to fishing trips in the Sierras off road later this year! Only complaint would be the push button shifter?

This vehicle is in the group of vehicles that provide comfort, class, and puts you into a class above. The Passport gives the impression of the larger SUVs without that added size. The Passport is perfect for my needs.

Visiting Orlando, June, 2018. Hit something in road on I4 which slashed a tire. Needed AAA. Called nearest Honda dealership later that day. The dealership was Coggin - a great find for me. I had a new tire and car checked out by 9:00am the next morning. Mario, the service rep even talked with my rep back home to insure I would have the necessary info to make a claim on my road hazard warranty. Thank you, Mario! I also talked with David, the Service Director. Both David and Mario were personable and professional. I felt like I was at my “home” dealership. If I ever need help in Orlando again, I am going to Coggin!

I wanted a luxurious ride, however, I wanted the exterior to have a more rugged look. The Passport is perfect. This is a fun smooth rise with all the safety features.

2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring Rodrigo was the most professional car dealer I've ever done business with, and I have bought several cars! I never once felt that "used car salesman" vibe. I received way more money for my trade in than I anticipated, we're talking thousands of dollars! I definitely feel I got an excellent deal from O'Brien Mazda, and Rodrigo put everything together so quickly and effortlessly from start to finish. I got a 2018 black Mazda CX-5 Touring. All I can say is WOW! This vehicle is amazing, it has surpassed all my expectations and then some! I was initially going to get the base CX-5. Rodrigo noticed I fell in love with the touring edition, not only did he go above and beyond to get it in my color of choice. But somehow got the payments lower than expected. I've never left a dealership with a smile on my face ear to ear until last Thursday! If you or someone you know is looking for a new car I would recommend the new Mazda CX-5 Touring! But the car is only half of it, the experience of buying the car is the other half. That's why I recommend you go down to O'brien Mazda, but don't just see anyone. Make sure and ask for Rodrigo!
