Excellent customer service: prompt and met all my concerns

Kool Ken, as he first answered the phone had me at hello! " Good Morning, this is Kool Ken and how may I assist you?". I was on my way into work and told him exactly what I wanted. Within 30 minutes, I had a video from Kool Ken showing me "my" car. He then proceeded to quote me a price. He went about and beyond in providing me with the needs to make this car buying process easy. I went to the dealership that evening and he was multi-tasking myself and another car buying customer with ease. The dealership is nice as well as they offer coffee, water, popcorn in the waiting area: a nice touch! Ken continued with excellent customer service as the exact car interior I wanted was not readily available but he said "no worries, I am here to get you exactly what you want". I had my brand new car within five business days and guess what....another video to show me my car! He picked me up @ my home, as I did not have transportation to the dealership and spent time with me showing me how to operate all the new bells and whistles on my new 2018 Acura RDX. I totally am recommending him to anyone/everyone who is in the market for an automobile. I also want to say, I had the most horrible customer experience with Columbia Acura.... they don't even care if they have your business. In fact, the other customer who was purchasing from Kool Ken commented to me she too had horrible customer service from them. Superior Acura gets an A+++++++ from me as does Kool Ken !!
