My initial experience was fantastic. Good follow up after I bought my Honda Accord Sport 2014. But lately am having trouble to get a response back from the service center. Its been three times I've called the service center for a fix to my car door where wind is entering the car. I got it fixed couple of times before. They said that service part is required to fix it and they will call me once it is available. Every time I called they said that the service person will call back but no once calls after. This is quite frustrating and bad experience for me. Not sure if anyone else is facing this kind!

Will not fit in a 7.5 ft. townhouse garage

Great car, but won't fit in a 7.5' townhouse garage. Drives very well, but seats should be more luxurious for this price. The 20" wheels are a very good design feature in the snow.
Just purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey from Nick! From the first initial contact via e-mail, we felt extremely comfortable! Nick Dunlap was friendly, courteous and respectful. He asked us what we were looking for, offered recommendations, options in different vehicles BUT NEVER pressured us in any way. The whole process was easy and actually fun! Everyone at the dealership made us feel like part of the family and not strangers! Thank you EVERYONE! Respectfully
I went through Consumer Reports online option so that I could complete as much of my car search and negotiations at arm???s length. Having all the info in writing allows me to think logically, choose exactly what I need, and compare prices, values, and features. I get anxious heebee-geebees having to go up against a salesperson and decide about anything on the spot. When that happens, i always end up feeling that I???ve been bamboozled. Mostly the Consumer Reports ???True Car??? approach worked, with just a few hitches. The first big hitch is that when you sign up, you have to provide both a phone number and an email address. There is no way on the signup to indicate one???s preference for contact, or whether there is a problem with any form of contact. (For example, I???m a teacher, and it is absolutely not OK to call me during the school day, which almost all of them did.) So, within three minutes of clicking yes for quotes, my phone started ringing and dozens of emails began pouring in, sometimes from multiple agents at the same dealership. And since Consumer Reports sends the request to three different dealers, the bombardment is from three different dealerships. It???s awful. But once I reached the callers and told them to STOP CALLING and reach me only by email, the calls slowed down. The second hitch is that once my butt was in the chair for the paperwork, they came at me with unexpected offers of all kinds of extended this and that policies, special protective treatments for the paint (I kept remembering the ???True Coat??? scene in the movie ???Fargo,??? and felt a mixture of irritation and amusement. Classic car-dealership sleaze moves.) If I had known this crap was coming, I would have refused to sit down with the paperwork guys until this information had been given to me in writing so that I could go home and read it, research it, and make a cool, dispassionate, logical decision. I ended up being talked into a $3,200 service/protection plan (???only $50 a month for five years, and you get eight years of coverage!!!), and ended up angry with them and myself. Went back a few days later to deliver my final check after receiving my outside financing, and told the finance guy how annoyed I was with that add-on. He was a bit defensive at first, but then switched tactics: of course I could decline the add-on, but I???d have to wait to have it refunded by Toyota finance. WHAT? I didn???t even take Toyota finance! No luck getting him to understand how offensive it was to have them move ahead with Toyota finance when we had an agreement that I was not taking Toyota finance, and had seven days to secure my own. Whatever. I was going to have to wait for refund of the $3,200. Then they guy came at it again; I could get this policy for $1,000 less (???our employee and family discount price???)! He talked me into that. I think ??? think, not believe totally ??? that the protection plan is reasonably helpful, given all the sophisticated electronics in my vehicle. But I???m still walking around with deep resentment of the process. In the end, I got a good car with the features I wanted, at an OK price, explained well by the internet salesmen with whom I worked. I was treated respectfully, which is important to me as a woman buying on my own. But next time I???ll work hard to head off the last-minute crud at the end, and demand to have all that info in writing before I even poke my head into the office of the bookkeeping/finance guys.

Passport way met our expectations! Very happy with car and performance and comfort! Drives like a dream. Spacious for all our things, lots of power, great music sound, and dealership was fantastic at Stockton Honda!
The employees of Brothers Auto Sales were kind enough to stay late for us and made the car buying process very smooth. They answered all of our questions and never pressured us. I couldn't believe how fast they got everything taken care of. I would definitely go there again!

We liked the look of it right away. Less road noise and the ride is smooth. We like all the leg room in the front and back. I like the heat in the back too.
For about 3 months we were researching / looking for a new van to replace an 05 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT (of which we were the original owners). With the age of our kids we knew that we had one more van before our kids would be off to college. Once we decided on the 2018 Odyssey, we actually started working with another Honda dealership. That sales rep was very kind and helpful but did not have the exact vehicle we wanted and was not able to work out a swap with any of the other local dealerships (within the timeframe that we needed). I gave Natasha a call to see if Hopkins had the vehicle in stock and sure enough they did! I called her well after hours on a Tuesday evening and before noon the next day Natasha helped us close a deal. Despite navigating a personal challenge that evening, she patiently handled us with care and was eager to help us with exactly what we wanted. Natasha, as well as the gentlemen who finalized our financing, was great to work with. While it is a clearly a goal to "close a deal" we never felt like we were just another prospect. Without question I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy!

Typical Honda. Looks like a Nissan from up front. Definitely a Forester from the side. For the price there is nothing original in this new car. No android auto or apple play. At $44k for the Elite, there are better options.
I requested an on line quote on a 2016 Honda Accord and got an almost immediate reply with a very competitive offer. I liked the up front approach taken with the offer. The offer was significantly lower than the No haggle Walser dealer in the Twin Cities area. The follow up was appropriate without being stalking. I ended up purchasing from my local Honda dealer who priced matched and wasn't a 100 miles further away. I almost felt guilty about not purchasing from Brookdale as the on line process was so smooth. I don't usually do reviews , however this was a very pleasant experience. I will be contacting this dealership again in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

We have never wanted to go through a dealership to purchase a vehicle. The experience we had was overwhelming . They listened to us and the needs we expressed, while never pushing the sell of a vehicle. We were even told to think about and talk over things and come back if needed. Since buying a vehicle through them we've continued to be heard when a question or concern came up. Each time we were treated in a friendly, relaxed matter but also showing that they were concerned and ready to meet that need. We don't feel that another dealership could or would do such a superior job as Fowler Honda of Norman. Our business will continue to be done here and will encourage others to share in this excellent experience.
I always enjoy my experience with the helpful staff at the service dept. :)

This vehicle is in the group of vehicles that provide comfort, class, and puts you into a class above. The Passport gives the impression of the larger SUVs without that added size. The Passport is perfect for my needs.
I’m so glad Honda decided to bring back the Passport. The design, thoughtful additions and the style makes this SUV a huge hit for my family. My husband loves the easy pick up and go acceleration and safety. I enjoy the roominess of the interior and the stylish look. Being an Apple family CarPlay is a nice add-on.
Doug Wolford is awesome. Impressed at his commitment to follow up and seeing a trade in deal through to new car purchase. Nice to find the passion, compassion and a great listener. Well done Oxmoor.

I love it. Very clean simple perfect for my mother. She can go grocery shopping and have no problems with comfort and yet ahead of its time.
As a new widow, this was my first experience trading in two high mileage vehicles and buying a certified pre-owned vehicle, a 2017 Honda HRV with low mileage. Julie was patient and considerate as I tried on several cars, then when I narrowed it down to the HRV she quickly searched the lot and found the perfect car. She facilitated the process, including the trade in and subsequent negotiations in a calm manner. As I consider hard-sell approaches, I appreciate going through this process with a woman. She perhaps didn't know as much about the specific features on this particular vehicle as I would have liked, she connected my phone and transferred contacts, and showed me how the navigation system worked -- two of the major features. I'm still learning about the safety features via the manual. I think she is an excellent addition in a male-dominated vocation.

Having only had our Honda Passport Elite for less than a week we are very pleased with it. It is roomy and has all the options of more expensive cars we tried our. The push button transmission will take a little to get used to but it is great so far. The ride height is higher and allows for great visibility. Gas mileage is better than expected with enough power to move when you need to. We got the car that fits our needs at this point in our lives.
I am new to the area so did not have preconceived notions about the Honda dealerships. I did research online in my search for a 2018 Civic Touring. Flow had the best price around, which in and of itself is a draw, but for me is not all that is required to get me to purchase. I spoke with the sales manager, Joe Hey who was great. My sales person was Dwight Roberts- what a nice guy! The purchasing experience was much less stressful than I was used to. There was no haggling, and I got an excellent trade allowance. I give both Joe and Dwight high marks for professionalism and genuineness.

After reading reviews, I decided to test drive the new Passport. My overall impression after driving it was very good. Great visibility, more of a rugged look to the front end with the changes. Plenty of room front and back. Handling was good as well. I enjoyed the sport option for shifting, its quick and responsive. Also, the when excellerating, the engine sounds great, just loud enough to let you know it’s got plenty of power. The extra lift Honda gave it also adds to the overall appearance and driving experience. I will be looking forward to fishing trips in the Sierras off road later this year! Only complaint would be the push button shifter?

I highly recommend the salesman Terrell and everyone over at Crown Honda pre owned! Dorian in the finance department was also amazing to work with. They went above and beyond with everything tonight when I bought my car. It was worth every bit of the 2 hour drive after work. I can't say enough good things about my car buying experience tonight! I will be recommending everyone I know to go there! Thank you again!

Had a 2017 Ridgeline, traded it for a 2018 Chevy Equinox. Big mistake. When the new Passport arrived at my dealer I took a test drive and bought it that day. The ride is firm as expected but still smooth. Very impressed with how quiet the interior is. Great cargo space behind the rear seat. I really like all the Honda sensing features, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, etc. The Garmin based navigation system works well and is very intuitive and easy to use. I also like he fact the Idle Stop feature can be turned off with a button on the console. No complaints with this vehicle!
Robert Carter and his team were extremly helpful, kind and informative. I would recommend friends and family to come to this dealership. Mr. Carter educated me and my family about every car option we had in mind from details about the interior design to the exterior lights and features.
On Nov 27, I bought an Accord LX from Oscar Romero (no check box for him?). I was well-prepared for this transaction and was very positively impressed with Oscar's vehicle knowledge, professionalism, and energy. I buy cars infrequently, but have bought three Hondas at Conicelli since 1998. I hope my new one is as good as my other ones: my wife's 2011 Element EX AWD and my 1999 Accord LX V-6 coupe. The cars have been very good and I came back to Conicelli because even though i had gotten lower quotes from different dealerships from different sources, my previous buying experiences were good and I wanted to give Conicelli a chance to match the best quote. They did. I got a survey from Honda about the car, but not one about the dealership. Maybe it just didn't come yet? I'm willing to complete one. Thanks and keep up the good work!
I want to thank each and every one of the Honda Team members who helped make my deal happen.
I got into a traumatic accident 2 weeks ago and was in a very sensitive situation. I felt I needed to get rid of my previous car as soon as possible. I had just paid my $1000 insurance deductible on my previous car in order to fix it, to be able to sell it. So I had no money to even put down at this point. My mother called ahead and spoke to Raula to give her some back story on my situation. I came to Coggin Honda and was greeted so kindly.
As a 23 year old I don't have the perfect credit, but I work extremely hard and wasn't expecting to have to get another new car. I am fortunate enough for this dealership and these amazing people that they were able to work ALL day to find a bank to finance me because of my previous car loan and being upside down. I got the call yesterday afternoon that made me feel like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. For the first time in two and a half weeks I feel like I'm able to move on to the next chapter in my life. BECAUSE OF THEM. I am so thankful for them helping me and making it a priority to get me out of my previous car.
I am part of the Honda family for life now. These people and this dealership GAVE ME HOPE again. For that, I'm forever grateful. Thank you Raula and the finance team, I can't even begin to explain what you were able to do means to me. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE wanting honesty and true compassion.

Best of both worlds - style and convenience.

I owned two first generation Pilots and loved them. I didn't care for the appearances of the 2nd and 3rd generation models, so I went back to driving a sedan - and immediately missed the convenience of an SUV. I saw the Passport online before it was even advertised. I test drove one, and bought it. The Passport is comfortable, roomy, and is loaded with user friendly technology. The ride is stiff compared to a Pilot, but still very comfortable. I like the styling very much - it looks like an SUV. I love this vehicle and would buy it again in a minute.
I made an appointment to test drive a 2013 Honda CRV. Luis Castillo was the sale associate that I met with when I arrived. We had the usual chat about buying a car, such as financing and trade-in. We then went for a test drive. After, we discussed the price and he answered a few questions. I told him that I would need a few days to decide. The sale manager also came over for a short conversation. But there was no pressure for me to put a deposit down on the car, other than the usual that they would not be able to hold the car if someone else decides to put a deposit down. I appreciate this no-pressure sale, unlike other dealerships that I have visited, including one that kept telling me that they are a no pressure, no hassle dealership, but the sale associate and the sale manager kept saying that they are going to sell the car that I'm interested in that afternoon if I don't put a deposit down.
My window on drivers side wouldn't roll down or up. Called Auto Nation Honda and they got my car right in and fixed. Andrew did a great job. Also want to give a shout out to David who drove me back to my home and picked me up when my car was finished. Both very nice people to deal with. Thanks again Auto Nation!!

The vehicle meets all of my needs from the roomy interior, to the high tech options to the smooth ride. It is a valued asset.
We now own two Honda CRV and from the first experience with Cardinal Honda we have been very pleased customers. Our 2006 was recalled for an Airbag matter and when arrive the service department was very accommodating and stated would take approximately 2 hours and then offered me a car for the day which I have never had with other dealerships. Our service rep Mark was very happy to help where he could and explains all about the car before leaving the lot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asked in future endeavors of a car dealership. VERY SATISFIED ¿
