Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

After owning 2 CRV’s I decided to go with something larger. I’d initially been considering the Pilot, but I didn’t want or need the third row of seats. I’ve had my 2022 Passport for exactly a year now, and I love it. It makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. For the size of the vehicle the gas mileage isn’t bad; I’m averaging 15-18mpg city and 23-27mpg highway. It handles well and is very comfortable. I’m not a fan if the idle stop, but that seems to be standard on many vehicles now. I’ve become accustomed to turning it off immediately, so it’s not a problem.

We can't say enough about the service provided by Levi. He was absolutely great to work with. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had various questions and concerns that he helped address quickly through email. Never felt pressured at any point, unlike other dealerships. He worked out a fair price online. 2022 Passport only has 900 miles on it. Been driving for over 60 years and will say this vehicle is one of the more difficult ones to drive -- the long hood really makes it impossible to tell where the right front fender is when parking. I have a great feel of a vehicle while driving and can say that the Passport does not offer that feeling. Will say that Honda quality for final inspections is sloppy as the Passport came with all 4 wheels unbalanced. Passport is also a very low seller for a variety of reasons. Given all that, it's still a good vehicle that takes time to warm up to.

like so many dealers you can e mail , I ask after idk 50 deals what the price for a cr v sport and hearing all the sale pitches and get no answers , Kenny at Pasadena honda reached out , told him im looking for numbers on a crv sport expecting the same thing, can you come in or whatever, but NO he in fact strait up gave me numbers , I told him didn't want to waste his nor my time , and gave him the numbers I wanted to pay ( fast forward a few hours) im now a life time customer

I Love My Passport! It runs great, and is very good Off Road with it's AWD! However, I think it, like many other new cars are overpriced today by about $10k

I purchased the Black Edition and I love it. I like: the auto adjust front seats, heated seats and steering wheel, the quite ride, smooth ride, the 9 speed transmission, the sound it makes when I push on the acceleration, great excelleration (especially when the Echo mode is off). The only thing that would make it perfect is better gas mileage.

I went into this dealership looking for a used car and walked out with a brand new car ! JIMMY TANG is the person you need to see when you get here! Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

Recently had my car serviced because of an AC issue. I called to make an appointment and was so happy to have been helped by a service representative named Nory. Wow!! Talk about customer service at its finest. To my surprise when I came in that Sat for my appointment at 7am, I was so pleased to be attended by herself once again and meet her in person. Ocean Honda please tell her what a valued employee she is and how well she represents your company. This valued employee was with me every inch of the way communicating to me and keeping me in the loop. She even offered me a "Lift" ride back from my home to pick back up my vehicle. Love this vehicle with the exception of the automatic idle shut off. Seems to me it would put added wear and tear on the starter in addition to using more fuel starting the engine every time you stop. You have to remember to hit the off button every time you start the car. Cruise control jerks a bit while going downhill also. Great comfort, very quiet, easy to get in and out of and roomy.

I bought my certified pre-owned Honda Hybrid CR-V Sport-L 2025 from Buena Park Honda and Sam was great to work with. Sam was kind, trustworthy and honest. He didn?t pressure me and made the purchasing process easy. Winston was the one who reviewed the financial contract with me, and he was nice too! I felt taken care of and this was important for me. I would recommend Buena Park Honda again.

Might be too soon to review. Only have 500 miles on it. I really do like it. I have previously had 2 CRV's with a much smaller engine and they were much quicker to accelerate and naturally got far better gas mileage. In Sport mode it is very quick even with "echo" on. I have been getting 17 to 19 mpg. Maybe it will improve in time. It is very comfortable and has great safety features. My biggest complaint is with the very low sound with the turn-signals. (CRV's were equally TOO quiet). I can't imagine why Honda doesn't improve the sound. I've adjust sound level to the highest level and with the radio on, I can't hear that the turn signals didn't shut off when making a turn. I checked the internet and found that lots of customers complain about this with Honda's. I asked the dealer service dept if there was a work around and they said it has come up from time to time and no solution available. The service manager said he drives a VW and the turn signals are much louder. My wife's KIA Laporte 's turn signals are 10 times louder than the Passport (Trailsport) Not a dealbreaker...just annoying.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. I’ve only had the 2023 Honda Passport Trailsport for a brief time but have found it to be a great vehicle. The V6 engine delivers excellent acceleration with its 280hp and it sounds great. A real step up from most competitors in this class that use 4 cylinder turbocharged engines. Now the mpg is not as strong, but I have averaged 19/26 which is quite good for a vehicle this size. It uses regular unleaded which is also a money saver. Love how the Trailsport drives, good handling, smooth, yet you don’t feel like you are behind the wheel of a minivan or a car. Feels powerful with great visibility like a truck. The interior room is great, unmatched in the class. Tons of legroom in the second row of seats and the back has lots of space. The vehicle comes with all the usual technology, including safety items, but Honda has kept it simple and intuitive to use. If in the market for a mid size suv, the passport is a hidden gem that flies a bit under the radar.

Simply the best. Getting it from Hondaa of Lincoln is pea e of mind. Rhe very good thing is that a got a ASSUTANXE contract for 8 years. The car will be repaired o ly by the Honda certified mechanics, as well as for oil change. This car is the best for all seasons, t drives nicelly in winter and it has more safety options.

Went in there not even expecting to get anything and they were able to hook me up great deal for the Toyota Tundra. The car is 10/10 and they did some magic with the payments, making those indeed affordable. I didn’t have any expectations but left impressed. Thanx!!

The brand speaks for itself, I fell in love with the car BUT it was the customer service that helped seal the deal. I have had my share of bad experiences and good experiences in car buying but this one was THE best especially considering the particularity of my financial health. After my credit took a blow from a recent economic hardship, I was apprehensive of stepping into a dealership or engaging any financial institution. I did not wish to be put in a bad light and judged merely because of my credit situation. At the same time, I didn't necessarily need the car so I was in a good position to decline any outrageous, high-interest offers. Well, it didn't take long for my unease to dissipate, or even form rather. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed. Everyone had a smile and actually knew my name! Not only was I greeted by the sales staff, service manager and finance manager but the President and General Manager, Bill McGrath, himself. I must preface this by disclosing I did reach out to Bill directly to inquire about the car and financing options. What I didn't expect was for him to personally respond, and so promptly! Is it my old Acura TL? No. Is it my Expedition? No. Is it a wonderful, rolling compromise of tight handling, larger SUV amounts of cargo and comfortable passenger space, a real V6, Honda reliability and engineering in a package that gets a lot better than “truck” mileage? Yes. An extraordinary example of function over form, and a beautiful compromise of everything I was looking for in a daily vehicle. If it had a timing CHAIN it would be a 5.

Looks good and is affordable. Very roomy interior. Has all the latest features involving safety. Adequate 6 cylinder engine. Ride is stiff; could be more comfortable. But - so far, very pleased with it

My purchase was not made their due to the convenience of driving down the street to my credit union where my car will be delivered.I wanted to commend the customer service that salesperson Jun provided.
