I brought my car in for an oil change without an appointment, somebody approached me when i parked the car and guided me to Kenneth Love for processing. Told him what I needed to be done and got an estimate for how long it would take to do it. Service was finished on time as promised. Kenneth then threw in a complimentary free car wash! Very satisfied and will definitely come back.

Very comfortable spacious SUV. Hope it lasts 14 years like our last Pilot. Lots of new safety features on the 2016 like side and rear cameras.
I responded to a recall from Honda about the passenger airbag. It was handled quickly. Jenkins Honda lives up to the high standards Honda customers expect.

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
I came into the service department 2 days in a row last week with windshield and battery issues. Exasperated both times and of course I had no appointment! Staci and Nate were so kind and worked me in as soon as they could. Shazam spent over an hour trying to re calibrate the windshield but found an underlying problem and educated me as to what was causing it. Battery was also replaced and off I went. Thank you all for your great customer service! You're the best

What can I say, this is my third Pilot. I traded my 2006 in on the 16. For me, there is no other. Go Pilot!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
bought a new Jetta and every thin went great! Alex Avila did a great job and was very kind and helped when needed. the insurance girls Jessica Diaz and Sigrid Neu did a great job and where very helpful. also dealt with Leo and some finance people all where great thank you!

This car meet all i need for my family. My kids love this car and it easy to understand all the features and very spacious
I would highly recommend Peter Tran. It was my first time buying a car, and he made the whole process easy and simple. He’s very knowledgeable, and he can explain things in a simple format. He’s also very patient with you which is a very good trait. Especially for first time car buyers who are just learning and exploring their options. I absolutely LOVE this vehicle!! I just need to get rid of a car payment for now; but I definitely will buy it again! It is the best vehicle I have ever owned! I love the newer crossover body style!
After shopping around, I purchased a Pilot from Pasquale Lobianco. The "out the door" price quoted to me over the phone was truly what I paid. There were no gimmicks. No bait and switch. Pasquale was true to his word. Excellent!

I had 42,000 miles in my Honda Pilot 2016. Since then , I only travelled 2x for out of state and most if the time just in the place. But now I heard some cracking sound when you turned and brought to to dealer to fix it since I still have warranty on it. I brought like 10 times like every after repair , still the problem occurs. The radio fm are very poor sound balance system, start up are poor too, sticking break pedal so I have to used remote start engine. , 1st year of owning it, the battery’s was dead. Now I brought all this attention to the AH M but they regret and denying the problem so they have to protect from damaging their reputation. Thats what all the business is. We are silent but being consumer we should do something about it. We have the right to question since we are paying and buying this brand or product. We are your reasons why your business exist.
Great service, Drew was very honest and helpful, they try to fix my car without pushing you a bunch of other unnecessary items, also they always communicate to me about the status of my soccer's mom van tks.

This car has more leg room of other models I've tried. The ride is very comfortable and feels very stable going around corners. Haven't had a chance to tow with it yet.
Joseph was my associate and he was very helpful. Taking time to explain what was done and why. He also showed me recommendations for other services I should consider. When I explained that due to the recent holiday I would have to postpone some of the items, he was considerate and assured me that I could contact him when I was ready. Overall it was an excellent experience!

Bought the 2016 Pilot new to replace our 2009 that my son inherited with 180,000 miles. At 40,000 miles the Pilots reliability went from I Love this car to what the xxxx is going on! Dash light illuminated and the vehicle slowed to a crawl. My wife is a Sunday slow driver. Highway miles mostly. Kenosha Honda reset the computer,
Replaced catylatic converters vehicle spent over two weeks in shop. Got the vehicle back all the lights were back on again. Vehicle brought
Back to Kenosha Honda, got it back a week later unwashed,with it ’repaired’ again. Drove it straight to a Toyota dealer the next day and traded it for a new 4 runner. 2016 Pilots are no good. I have a 2009 Pilot with 205,000 and a Accord with 120,000.
Salesman did a great job of finding what we wanted as opposed to putting into something we did not want. The Financial person was every annoyed to the point of being rude because we chose not to buy what he was selling.
