Tofik was excellent and I can recommend him to any of my friends. The long wait for the finance office was aggravating. You shouldn't have to wait over an hour to pay!! The dealership is clean and everyone is courteous. One big complaint, is they can not put an inspection sticker on your vehicle. So another wait at a service station for an inspection sticker.
I came to this dealer To lease a Honda SI and my man here dealt with everything perfectly!! He???s fast at what he does. I was having trouble with my insurance sending some paperwork and he made sure the insurance sent it on time so that I can get the car the day I wanted!! He goes above and beyond when it comes to helping the customer!! Give my man a raise. He deserves it!
Purchased a new CR-V today and had the pleasure of dealing with John Fitz the senior sales rep. The entire time spent there I never once felt like I was dealing with a salesman. It was first time in almost 50 years I felt comfortable buying a new car as if from a family member or friend. Never pressured me and pretty gave what I asked for in reguards to my trade. Rich Sr. Was a pleasure to deal with and made the process so simple. These guys are a class act and I would highly recommend them.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Kelly Jeep in Methuen has that largest inventory in the area & the purchasing process could have been easier or smoother. We were treated fairly & without any pressure to buy. Our Sales rep, Phil Prieur was extremely knowledgable & able to patiently walk us through the various Jeep models & options, making our ability to make an informed choice very easy. I would highly recommend working with Kelly Jeep in Methuen & especially with Phil Prieur.

I don't even live in New Hampshire state. I was visiting a friend of mine, for a birthday party & since I was in the market for a Accord ; my friend suggested we take a quick look at the dealership that was just two miles from his place. I was greeted by one of the managers & handed over to Mike. From the beginning he was very open about the pricing & what he can sell the car for. The fact of the matter is he called on the phone another dealer I had seen earlier, to compare the charges with me listing in, never seen anyone do that before. If you known what exactly you want & have a fair price in mind, my two cents is these guy will most of the time meet it or beat it. Thanks Mike for all the help. Happy Holidays to you & your family.
Louis made a VERY stressful experience for me so much better. He is funny, supportive, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY PATIENT:) Overall great experience. I love my car and plan to come in for a 1 on 1 info session soon to learn even more.
John O'Connor was a very knowledgeable and friendly member of the Boch staff. He took the time to explain many features on the vehicle we were looking at, answered all questions, all without any pressure. When it comes time for me to buy another Honda, I will go to Boch and look for John.
The personnel are all excellent - however, when it came to financing we (my wife and I) were told that you would get the lowest finance rate. I informed them that there should be no rate because of your signs, both three signs in the dealership and on your website. There was disbelief, so I showed them the sign which read " BLACK FRIDAY ALL MONTH THIS MONTH GET YOUR CHOICE OF: 0 DOWN 0% APR, 0 PAYMENT 90 DAYS BOCH" I was told I didn't qualify. Qualify for what? There were "no conditions listed". Other dealers advertised on TV and radio, 0 down 0% APR (GM), 0 payment for 90 days (Subaru). So even though we bought a new Honda CRV at 4.1% APR, We feel we've been had, lied to. Also, it's false advertising. DO YOU DARE MAKE THIS RIGHT?????
great experience, good price, and wonderful customer service with Jennifer! Jennifer was extremely efficient and had the best product knowledge. Came in expecting not to buy and left with a brand new car! Thank You Boch Honda!
