This is my second pilot. It is very comfortable to ride in, economical for the size care and very reliable. We are starting to feel we could do with a little smaller vehicle and may downsize when we trade in April.
Dustin was great! While we had already secured financing, he was able to find a lender that provided a better rate. The settlement process was quick and easy.

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
Initially we had a 5 star experience. Julia was exceptional from the first phone call to the last in person conversation. Justin the sales manager was eager to help and bent over backwards to get us the car we needed for our family. Jeff in finance was easy to talk to and made us comfortable and worked with us every step of the way. Sounds like a car buying experience made in heaven and if we had a sales person who wanted to "sell" a car it would've been. But hey, everyone's allowed a bad day. All in all Fox Honda is leaps and bounds above the competition and worth the hour drive we had to make!

What can I say, this is my third Pilot. I traded my 2006 in on the 16. For me, there is no other. Go Pilot!
Bought Honda care.. never do that again. Service department will go to extreme effort to find a reason NOT to pay for repair. Then charge 250 more than it should cost. Felt soiled by the people there. Thought they were honest, but found out very devious. For instance, was told stone caused failure. To be honest, it looked like damage was caused by “other” reasons and AFTER vehicle was left at dealer. I eventually had it repaired somewhere else for less and that service shop could not determine what caused failure. So to be honest, no proof damage caused by stone, but no proof otherwise. But left bad taste and mistrust. No, will not go back, would not recommend. More than likely will never buy Honda again.
We wanted a particular Odyssey in 2 days. Nate, in sales, was fantastic, and the entire team worked together to make it possible(even though they didn't have it on their lot). The staff was bright, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We have never had a better experience buying a car.
I just purchased a previously owned car from Honda City and was extremely pleased with the quality of service I received. Mark was so helpful and went beyond the call of duty in providing excellent service to me. He made the whole process so easy and even enjoyable for me. I really appreciated the friendly and professional atmosphere that surrounded the transaction process!
Had a few problems initially with the buying process due to a lack of communication with the credit union that I financed with and the salesman. I felt the salesman although quite friendly was a little inexperienced. However, it worked out well in the end and I ended up getting the vehicle that I wanted at a good price.
Less than a year ago my compressor for the air conditioner in my CRV stopped working I was fortunate that this was still under warranty. I this April the air was not working again.I brought it back and it ended up being the o rings which was only $10, the labor however was 186.20. I always have been happy with the service but I would have thought this minor repair would have been done when they put in the compressor.that would have been good customer service..I would have paid for the part while they were doing the compressor work, /disappointed that that was not brought up at that time
Karen Dixon and her co-workers went above and beyond to make a very "special" sale happen for a special lady (my 78 year old mother in law) who lost all her independence due to a stroke/heart attack 3 years ago. She allowed a family member to driver her 2004 honda CRV, which she cherished and held close to her heart as her last piece of freedom). It was involved in an accident and deemed unrepairable. 3 days before Christmas, Honda city had taken the exact year make and model & color in on trade. They prepped the vehicle for delivery within two days for us to surprise my mother-in-law for Christmas. It was priceless! These people are truly the best and really showed us what the true meaning of Christmas was. They should be commended!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
