Had a wonderful salesman Tony V was very helpful and professional. I Love my new CRV. I went to pick it up and he spent time showing me how everything works so I wasn’t afraid to leave. I will recommend him to my friends.
Our time at Audi Mentor was short. After finding the right car to purchase, we had an associate come out to help. He was helpful but seemed uninterested as he had another buyer arrive halfway through the interaction and left us. Not much wiggle room on the price.
Zach Alicea was incredible! He was very personable and attentive to my vehicle needs. Zach is also very knowledgeable and reliable, I highly recommend him! Shelley was also a huge help. I can’t wait to go back for all of my future vehicles.
I didn't even buy a car from motorcars but that didn't stop Paul from providing me with top notch service. I've been to other places and they're the pits compared to motorcars. He really took the time needed and you know what else? I'll only go there for service now!

Chris Daugherty was our salesperson, and he was patient with us and our questions/concerns about the used car we were about to buy. They allowed me to have my mechanic look it over, and confirmed it was in very good shape. Contrell in finance was a very nice person, too. Not sure what the negative reviews about. Our experience was nice.
My partner and I worked with Rich Klimkowski at Motorcars Honda in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Rich was extremely friendly and helpful. He thoroughly explained the purchase process before we got into the paperwork, and answered all of our questions. Rich spent a lot of time showing us the features and controls for the 2018 Honda CRV that we purchased. Both Kathy and I appreciate the service we received from Rich and the entire Motorcars staff. We look forward to contacting Rich when we have additional questions about the new car.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.
Mark, Joe, Bill and Rick worked really hard to get me into the car I wanted-I’ve been buying cars over thirty years and this is the first time I can honestly say it was a fun experience. Also-This is the first dealership I’ve encountered where a customer a has direct access to the owner if necessary. A few years ago I had my airbag in my old vehicle replaced at Jay. I called to tell them how great their service department treated me, and they put me through to Nathan, the owner-I was so impressed because he answered and took the time to talk with me. That’s one of the reasons it was my first choice when it was time to purchase my next car.
If you’re in the market for a Honda -don’t go anywhere else.
