Clear, courteous, and helpful

I always go to Community Honda to service my car because I want it done properly, with Honda parts, on the schedule provided by the manufacturer. There is not enough room in my brain to remember what kind of service needs done when. Their staff has always made the process easy, advising me of service that is to come in the next months. Almost never have a been surprised by a needed service, because they keep me well-informed. My car now has about 180,000 miles on it, and it still runs wonderfully. I have had almost no problems while following their advice and Honda's service schedule. They explain well the things that need to be done, they are frank about things that can wait and those that cannot, and they have always been able to answer any questions I have. I will continue going to this service center for the lives of both of my current Hondas...and my future ones.
