I hate buying cars. In fact, I hate dealing with major automobile sales, service, and other people of automobile organizations of any type at any time. I had just moved from the Mountain West to NC and needed a new car. We had had my wife's Cadillac serviced at another dealer when we first arrived and paid over $600 for a 60,000 mile service and they didn't even catch, much less replace the torn windshield wiper blade we had. I put off walking into another dealers to look for a new car for 2 months. Finally, I searched online for a car the would fit my personal needs. I settled on an Impala and put the word out online. Offers came in from area dealers. Dreading the interaction I picked Hendrick Southpoint first (it was closest), set up an appointment and went in. Things did not start well, JJ is a Dallas Cowboys fan, I root for the Washington Redskins. To ward off my rising anxiety, I told JJ that I was not looking forward to the interaction and the BS that would come. I said I had walked out of many places in my life because of the hassle of purchasing major items, especially cars. He said, "I understand." I thought, "well, there's BS #1." He offered a test drive right away and afterward we got down to specs and dollars. I told him that I didn't want that car I drove at that price and described what I wanted. It wasn't on the lot. Instead of trying to sell me one on the lot, JJ went looking for the car nearest to my specifications that he could find. We reviewed it on paper going over every detail to make sure it met my desires. Then I gave him a price, he took it to his manager (of course, part of the system I hate) but the manager came out and talked turkey right away. Clearly JJ had told him that I wouldn't hesitate to walk if I thought there was too much BS. He started calling other dealer GM friends of his to find a car that matched as he couldn't find one in the area. He located one in Delaware and traded a truck for it (I could hear the gulp outside his office). The finance guy didn't give me any hassle either -- no this warranty or that support system. When we were through I wasn't even charged a destination fee so I bought the "optional" $199 oil service "plan" as a sign of good will. The one problem was getting the car over Christmas weekend. It took them a few days longer than promised, but it made sense--who wanted to give up their Christmas to drive 400 plus miles to get me a car. JJ kept me posted on things and when I reminded him that Hendricks had my money, car unseen for a week, he found a way to make up for it. When we first saw the car, it was gorgeous, especially the interior, with most of what we wanted and little of what we didn't. Another customer group coming through the show room saw it and literally gasped. They loved the color and design. JJ was true to his word, worked hard to meet my fairly inflexible demands, dealt well with his colleagues and made sure I got what I wanted. Over the week that this purchase activity went on I was receiving calls, texts, and emails from other dealers in the area, but their offers were no where enticing enough to get me to drive over their way. In the end, thanks to JJ and the Hendricks team behind him I actually enjoyed buying the car. I even found an excuse (not enough air in the tires) to go back a week later and say hi to everyone. The service people were as responsive and nice as JJ, plus they didn't root for the Cowboys. Every time I look at the car I smile at the fun it was making the purchase.

We got a Pilot Elite after riding in a friends..We had a Lexus RX and wanted more space, but did not want to fork over an extra 35k to get the comparable Lexus or Acura. The Pilot has a masculine stance and has all the features that we could want for...the panoramic roofs , DVD player heated and cooled seats...even heated back captains chairs..the extra row. Large enough but not a monster. I have really been pleased...The only negatives are the radio is a little clunky with no dials. And the plastic on the interior is a little over powering at times and cheapen the otherwise lux feel of the truck. I have been really pleased.

Good afternoon, I just want to take the time to give my appreciation to GM and Amber. I came in twice dealing with a battery/immobilizer issue on my 2015 Buick Encore. The first issue I explained to Amber regarding my immobilizer not wanting to start my car. Automatically, she thought maybe it could be the battery in my key was low or dead. So we changed out my battery in the key because it was in fact low. That worked until I couldn't start my car in the morning. I was able to easily call and schedule an appointment for the next day. I waited until I got off work to try and start my car again and it did. I drove my car over to GM so it could be ready for service the next morning. Amber stayed a few minutes after her shift ended just to go ahead and get me in the system. My car was serviced on that Friday morning and I received a call stating it was fixed. They found that it was a dead cell in the battery and replaced the battery. When I came to pick up my car, Amber already had my keys and information ready. The receptionist that checked me out was very nice and quick. My baby is running fine now and I don't have to trade in my car! =) I thoroughly enjoyed my service with you all and will definitely be recommending my friends and co-workers at Lenovo to you all. This is a good family car with all of the things you would expect from a new car but. They managed to cheapen things. Look at the carpets. Cheap !! Worst on the EXL with Nav. Interior lights. Very poor configuration and they know it. I had an older pilot. Much better interior lighting. Buttons don't light at night. So park the car and tri to find the all around door lock button. Or the fuel door release. Finally maintenance intense. Trans fluid every 30,000 miles, Transfer case another $100.00. Differential 40,000 miles drain. replace brake fluid every 60,000 miles. Cooling fluid.... Buy a HUN........ and save money.

Dear General Manager, Yesterday 10/26/2016, I had the pleasure to buy a new car from your dealership. This was my second visit, my first one I met Jim, Sales Manager, and spoke to him for a few minutes about my requirements for the car and left . Jim introduced Justin and he called me after 30 minutes and we sealed the deal over the phone. I didn't even look at the car or drove it, I had visited 2 other dealers and just wanted the best deal. I work in the Health Care industry specially in the customer service area. I must admit I was extremely impressed by Julianne, Sales. She wasn't just kind, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. This should be at least the minimum requirements for any sales person in any industry. I was really surprised to learned her age as well. I knew she was young but didn't expect a 20 year old so good at what she does. I wasn't doing anything near this at her age. Working with adults and making financial decisions is some how a very mature job. She was all around great!!. My situation was perhaps a bit usual since I had to return a rental next door at 6pm. John, Financial, was another person who exceeded my expectations. I kept apologizing for only giving him 20 minutes to do all the paperwork. John was very understanding and at 5:50pm Julianne drove the new car to enterprise and I returned the rental car. That's when we returned to the dealer to teach me all the tech the civic has. In 15 years I bought 3 cars from Honda/Chevy Boyd dealership. This time Autopark was no match for them, from the staff to the perks and the price you guys were so much better. I am really impressed by everyone at your store . I teach Customer Service at Duke and talk about the wow factor and how first impressions are a big deal. Your store was not only clean and decorated and staff well dressed but the staff was really friendly and helpful. Jim closed the deal by phone and Julianne was waiting for me at the door to greet me. Jim, Justine, Julianne and John...(must me the J) you all are stars in my new AutoPark Honda book. Thank you for making my buying experience a different one and a really nice one. I absolutely love my new civic and I said I will be back for my Ridgeline in 6 years. My 10 year old can't believe this civic would be his in a few years! This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. Have never owned a Honda automobile before. Was in the market for a bigger car/SUV due to having a toddler and doing more traveling etc. I test drove a Pilot for a week before purchasing new. After a day I was already hooked. Very smooth ride, handles excellent in the snow/winter weather, plenty of leg room and storage when the third seat is down, lots of storage compartments, gas mileage was as advertised, exterior styling updated and impressive. Overall this car is exactly what we were looking for in a larger automobile at the price point we were wanting to stay within. Without a doubt Honda has me sold. My next automobile will also be a Honda and likely a Honda Pilot!

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I really appreciate this car. It has plenty of room for passengers and the driver. An SUV that drives & handles like a car. It's good on gas on the highway when you press the Eco button. Also tows a trailer with ease!! Love the right side camera! I have been stopped several times just to be asked my opinion about it...I always respond with "It's a great vehicle & I really love driving it"

Headed to Auto Park Honda knowing we wanted to take a look at the Honda CRV's to "maybe" at some point very soon trade in my 12 year old vehicle. I can't remember if he found us or we found him as we were walking into the showroom but either way WE GOT LUCKY!! Brian Fabricatore was the most pleasant, regular type guy ever. From the moment we met him to the very end (yes, I did drive away a week later in a 2016 Honda CRV) he acted as if he was actually buying the car with us and would be driving off with us too. I can not express how genuine, personable and kind Brian was. I will end by saying, "If you're at Auto Park Honda searching like a fish & a lure, make things easier just search for Brian Fabricatore" Totally enjoyed the experience - Thanks to Brian Fabricatore :)

Disappointed in Honda

I was so excited to finally get my first new vehicle. I have always bought Hondas, though used. The 2017 Honda Pilot was my first new one. What a disappointment! First, after only about 2 months, I could barely push the brake down hard enough—it was actually difficult to do. So had to bring it in to be fixed. Then, a few months later, the cabin starts intermittently smelling like gasoline—a pungent odor enough to make me nauseous. Again, brought it in, and Honda says “Oh, it’s just because of the type of gas we use in this climate in the winter”—they did nothing. That nauseating smell makes my garage smell like gas for days every few weeks. Plus it’s no fun driving around inhaling what feels like pungent gas fumes! Then, my hazards come on by themselves intermittently for no reason whatsoever if you put your hand anywhere near the touchscreen. So until I notice it, I’m driving with my hazards on! Then, there is a short in the wiring causing my programmable garage door button not to work. All within 2 years for a brand new vehicle. I got rid of it. So disappointing. The only positive was that I liked the new body styling compared to that ugly rectangle on wheels of the years prior!

Spent some time in March looking at Pilot's. Happened to meet Calvin Ng on my first visit, and he was great. Spent a lot of time with us making sure we were picking the right car (Pilot vs Odyssey), and was super patient with us and helpful with the experience. Our kids were with one day, and he was great with them as well. Fast forward a month or two and I'd been toying with the idea of buying a truck - was going to be a Ford, but after seeing a ton of articles, videos, etc suggesting a Ridgeline was a smarter overall choice - I got a hold of Calvin again - and he was even more patient over the course of a month or so with various test drives, drop in's to see if my kids had enough rear leg room, etc. The vehicle had a few issues on delivery, but Calvin made sure that he hooked me up with David Mastrangelo in service and despite having to orders some parts (new trim piece), and the like - they both were super patient, friendly and got me taken care of. If I had the need to buy a third car - I'd head right back to Calvin no questions. I would challenge folks to find a nicer salesman, low pressure and helped me get what I wanted. I had been at this dealership back in 2013 or so - and since they moved I feel there must have been other changes made - it was a rough and pushy experience then - but now, wow - I couldn't have been happier.

My only issue with this Honda model is .. for the price of 48,160 $ I would have like to get the cross rails on the roof rails that where on my option package and a rear cargo cover. I expected that it would come with my elite. Since I took the one in the show room I really thought it was stored in the dealership. So I called the dealer and they gave me the ear phones for the dvd system. And I call the Honda factory I ordered them at the tune of another 700+$ but very happy had I know I would have just gotten the tutoring and saved 3000$ 🤦🏽‍♂️

Honda Pilot Worth the Cost!

When we walked onto the lot, my wife looked at the vehicle, read the equipment list, and said "Buy this Vehicle!" She was right; the performance of the Honda Pilot meets "Excellent" in so many categories for several types of cars. It handles hauling materials like an SUV, handles like a sports car, and is roomier than any upscale pickup or full size vehicle I've owned.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

This car is extremely well made. I drive it back and forth to Florida with a full load. This last winter, I averaged 31 MPG for the entire trip down, back, and 5 weeks in the city. With a 3.5 Liter V6, this mileage is awesome. The car has a great ride, with options to make a long drive comfortable. The Honda Pilot is very reliable, and can take 8 people comfortably when needed.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. No hassle, no haggling, no commission driven salespeople, it was great! And I have received follow up calls from both Carvana and the financing company asking how I'm liking my car and explaining everything. This has been a great experience from start to finish! We are so grateful to AUTOPARK HONDA for the excellent service they provided during our recent breakdown on our way to the Raleigh airport. On Thursday afternoon, August 2nd, we had a flat tire on Route 40. A good Samaritan stopped and put the ???donut??? on our car. We were able to drive to our hotel in Morrisville, NC. This is where we got the phone number for the nearest Honda dealership which was Autopark Honda in Cary, NC. We left our car keys at the hotel. We had an early flight Friday morning August 3rd to Alaska. We had to wait until Monday to call the service department at Autopark Honda. We spoke to Todd Stevens from Alaska and explained our situation. Todd agreed to have our 2011 Honda Accord towed to his dealership where they would repair the tire and check the undercarriage because we also ran over a heavy piece of metal lying on the shoulder. We were very fortunate a more serious accident didn???t occur. We did speak with a few people at Honda while we were away to get updates and all of them gave us accurate information about the status of our car. This speaks to how well they communicated within the dealership. They replaced the tire and there was no other damage to our car. Our final update came from Todd. He said our Honda was on its way back to the hotel. When we returned from vacation late on Saturday night, our car was waiting for us in the hotel parking lot. The recovery from our unfortunate breakdown was handled seamlessly by everyone at both Autopark Honda and the Hampton Inn on Airport Blvd. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation. So you know you can count on AUTOPARK HONDA if you ever need them!

I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey on September 30th. Crown had to competitively bid against (6)other Honda dealerships. Crown's internet sales manager Oliver George was the only bidder to submit his bid correctly the first time! When I bid a second time at end of the month Crown was the most competitive. When I arrived at dealership I met briefly with Oliver, I reviewed the car and it was exactly as I expected and worked perfectly. Lastly I met with the finance manager Mr Tran he was friendly and professional. I wanted to leave a deposit for vehicle and he insisted they would hold vehicle until I received my check from my bank the following day. I arrived the following day and the car was still there and detailed spotlessly. It took less than one hour to process the paperwork, get keys etc. Reggie did a great job getting me out the door in a timely manner so I could pick up my son! He took extra time to show my wife features of the vehicle later that night. Crown Honda did exactly what I requested and I got a great price. No pushy up selling just a straightforward bussiness transaction. Purchasing a new car is a major investment and I look forward to dealing with Crown Honda's team in the future. Steve & family

Nice Overall SUV- Control Screen is Abysmal

Expect the reliability, value, and performance that Honda is known for. This is a very attractive SUV and I like the vehicle overall. My rear seats were defective when purchased and would not lock back in place. The weather strips on the roof pulled up as well. These were my only quality issues. The dealer fixed them under warranty. The car has been good for 2-years now. I must make a special comment about the control screen in hopes someone from Honda reads this. It is horrid. Hire a human factors engineer. First, the layout is terrible. It is too busy with needless buttons. The buttons you use the most are tiny and hidden off in a corner somewhere. The response time is sluggish with no tactile or audible feedback. So you have no idea if your button push was recognized. You are also a mile down the road before the thing boots up and can do anything. Further, if you have the rear entertainment this system has constant glitches. You can't see what is going on or control it. The menu options for the entertainment are also poorly executed. There is no way to navigate a DVD menu without pushing and contorting yourself into the back seat to see the screen and using the remote controls. This is not safe at all. And the remote won't work from the front seat which makes no sense at all. If your execution of all screen based controls is this poorly thought out and executed, just go back to physical buttons.
