Jerry was better than awesome. He addressed a potentially major power steering issue quickly and professionally to mitigate the problem. Then we flushed my system twice more in the next two weeks to ensure it was fully solved. And he was so awesome about it. He is a great person who works on cars. He would be great at whatever he did because he is calm, confident and he CARES.

If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
As a busy working Mom, Derek made this process perfect and within my schedule. He answered all my questions in a timely manner (even the silly questions). He made everything happen on my schedule and the signing and pick up of the vehicle only took 20 minutes! Great guy to work with! He even put my car seat in perfectly! Derek was fantastic! After doing my due diligence on a 2018 CR-V touring, all I had to do was find a dealer that would give me a good deal and Breakaway was the best of those who I worked with. They made it an easy buy and Brian got me a great deal on the tinting that I wanted with their outside place they use. He took care of me in all aspects of the process. The only negative was the guy in the business office. We felt like he wasn't totally prepared for the sale and rushed through the process. When it came to the extended warranty offer ( ridiculously expensive) he made us feel like very uncomfortable why we didn't want it from them. I love all of the new safety features and this vehicle might be the best one that I have ever owned. I did find a much cheaper ext. warranty from another Honda dealer in MA (on-line Honda forums) that would fit in our budget for about 1/3 the cost - not as inclusive but very good and from Honda. You can wait until 1 day before the car's 3 yr warranty expires and still buy it.

The service department has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had my car serviced the whole time I have had the car. UNTIL...……..I was told that my car needed brake pads, front and back, and the rotors turned. The quote was $500.00. I found a brake and alignment specialist who will do it for $235.00, therefore I feel that your prices are very high.

Just bought a 2018 Accord and couldn't be happier, albeit i just drove it home. Nevertheless, the purchase experience was one of the best I've had and I've purchased about 23 cars to date. Look for Christine Brunt. Knowledgeable about her products and a pleasure to work with. After 12 years she knows the Honda line inside and out and proud and happy to sell the cars and the dealership. As I said I just came home so i don't know how Breakaway will perform over the long haul, but first impressions are great.
