I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
Took my car in a couple of months ago to have my A/C looked at. Zac was the service person helping me. It was the easiest and the most painless service experience I've ever had. I actually never write reviews, but Zac was so friendly and helpful, that it seemed like a disservice not to say something about him. I had to have the front stabilizer links replaced in my 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Within about a week, I started to hearing a knocking or banging noise coming from the front suspension. When I took my Ridgeline back into Verne Eide, Alan listened as I described my issues, and believed me when I said these were noises that were not occurring before my most recent service visit. The service team found out the replacement stabilizer links they had installed were bad and had already broken. Alan ordered OEM parts for my Ridgeline this time, and did not charge me for the higher cost replacement part or the additional work done. He got my Ridgeline back into the shop quickly and the replacement parts were installed quickly. I appreciate having a service advisor that I can trust with vehicle issues and that looks out for my interests as well. I would highly recommend Vern Eide for any vehicle service needs.
I had been searching for a while for a specific vehicle for my 18 year old (Kia Soul). We found one at a very unexpected dealership, Mercedes Benz of Chandler. Ed Riddle contacted me immediately and upon visiting the lot to check the vehicle, Ed was very helpful and made the decision to buy from him very easy. No pressure, were treated as if we were buying a Benz and not a Kia. Great experience.

Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
